We continue to improve Homebound based on the feedback we've been receiving since release and this latest patch is a BIG one!
Some of the most noticable changes are improvements to the gripping system as well as interactable objects now being highlighted when in proximity. We've also created new on-screen effects for better clarity and added a new surprise in the crash sequence <3. You can read the full changelist below:

Hello everyone!
These last 24 hours I've been hard at work gathering feedback and suggestions from you all. I've said it before and, trust me, I will say it again. It's extremely appreciated and helpful.
This patch has improvements, changes and optimizations all across the board, so it's hard to give it a summary, but if I had to choose one aspect to highlight it must be the Floppy Collection Quest which has been completely revamped. Mechanics, new graphics, new VO, sound effects - you name it! Other than that there are new assets, things to do and much more!
Hope you like it!

New heartbeat force feedback added to crash sequence
Inactive chips bags will no longer play VO
Escape Pod objective should no longer be visible during launch sequence

Hello everyone!
First of I want to thank you all for the incredible feedback we've received. We truly appreciate it and it helps us further refine the experience.
Based on the feedback we've received so far we have uploaded a patch for Homebound which addresses the most pressing matters, which are motion sickness, camera control and performance. We will continue to develop smaller patches at a quick pace, so stay tuned! Please let us know if you feel any issues persist and we will keep refining.
Again thank you, Wiktor Öhman, Lead Developer of Homebound

Today we are very proud to release Homebound! It has been an incredible experience in many ways. This was our first time developing a VR experience and there were many things to learn, and we did. VR is truly an amazing medium and we loved every moment of creating Homebound. I still get sweaty palms when playing through the atmosphere level, even though I must have played it at least a hundred times.
The team behind Homebound is very, very small. There’s one developer, one creative director, a technical consultant and a voice actor, as well as talented musicians who helped create the soundtrack. We’ve all put our hearts into this project and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
With that said we truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay on the ESEA-02 station, no matter how brief or tumultuous it may be.
Oh, and that red button. Please, whatever you do, don’t push it. Or do it - it’s up to you.
That's right! Homebound is arriving on Steam on February 16th, 2017. You can check out the latest trailer here: Make sure to follow us on Twitter @HomeboundGame and Facebook: Thank you!
