Button added to watch your prestige coins pour down.
Prestige now triggers when you have $1,000,000 in Cash, meaning it happens upon selling.
The reset button is now hidden when changing menus. The dotted line for the purchase average is present again.
HUD enhancement
Added a button to toggle between line and candlestick charts
All achievements now trigger correctly.
