The day has finally come, Rebel Wings 1.0 is now released! These are a couple of things that we've been working on since the latest Early Access patch: + A new space map (no gravity!) + A new oil rig map (watch out for the water!) + Revamped and polished classic maps + Better UI

We feel that this is a perfect time to unshackle Rebel Wings from Early Access and let it fly free!
This does not mean that Rebel Wings will stop to evolve, but it will do so in a different way. We feel that leaving Early Access clarifies our intent with the game; what Rebel Wings has become and what we ever wanted it to be.
As we approach the finish line we would like to extend our gratitude to all testers, gamers, youtubers, press and other community members who have helped us making Rebel Wings even better by providing invaluable feedback and support! Without you we wouldn't have made it this far.

The full release of Rebel Wings will hit the store on the 8th of july (if you purchased previously, you'll get the update for free as usual).
As the retail release includes support for all platforms (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux), we hope you'll convince your friends to paint the skies red and have a blast with us! That's all we ever wanted anyway.

Hello there fellow pilots! Here we are again with a big bunch of fixes, features and lube jobs! Please tell us what you think of Rebel Wings so we can make it even better! Stay tuned for more, retail release approaching..

New: The UI has been updated to provide a more streamlined experience.
New: The settings menu is now available in game.
New: In CTD, each team now has separate spawn points.
New: Revamped sound effects for machine-gun, flak-gun etc.
New: Redesigned the CTD map to make it a little more symmetric.
Fix: Fixed an issue with the grinder colliding with the Anubis statue on the Dunes-map.
Fix: Allow-bots checkbox should now sync to other players.
Fix: The camera always starts in the center of the map now.
Fix: The camera now respect map-bounds better.
Fix: Join/leave messages are now shown in the chat-box instead of at the top of the screen.
Fix: The UI should scale as expected on virtually all resolutions.
Fix: Fixed an issue with sound settings not saving after playing a round.

The new patch for Rebel Wings has just been released. We have managed to squeeze in a lot of smaller stuff as well as a couple of bigger things.
First off, r1sc has been hard at work creating a new airplane model - the Bomber! Sleek and stealthy it slices through the air spreading impending doom on its foes.
