    Change Ratings to R-15

    I decided to change East Tower - Akio and the whole games within East Tower series to R-15. East Tower - Akio, Takashi, and Kuon might be PG-13, but Kurenai is definitely R-15 in my opinion. Therefore I decide to make them all the same. Thank you and I hope for your understanding
