The latest, greatest and FINAL edition of Super Galaxy Squadron.
What started as a simple college project by Nick Clinkscales has turned into what we think is one of the most full featured, fun and accessible SHMUPs in the galaxy.
So what's new in SGS EX TURBO?!

SHIPS - Three new ones (now 17 total) with alt fire modes.
MODES - BOSS RUSH is finally here. Can you defeat ALL of them in record time?
FEATURES - SLO-MO "Bullet-Hell Time". Slow down time to dodge bullets like Max Payne.
We've also added new leaderboards and achievements - we're good like that.
Now, if you recall... the sales of the original SGS benefitted Child's Play Charity
So how fitting that SGS EX was just a part of the Humble Freedom Bundle!
We couldn't be more proud to do some good for the galaxy. ːsteamhappyː
SGS EX TURBO will of course be offered as a FREE upgrade to anyone who already owns the game. Just like EX was a free upgrade. Just like any and all upgrades to New Blood's games will ALWAYS be free. Don't tell our accountant.
We'll be keeping the price of the game at $9.99 through launch week until March 13th when we'll raise it to $11.99. This will be the final final final price forever and always. So get in now!

We've nerfed and improved the final boss fight!

ːfuchsiaː The fight has been reworked and the boss now even has a health bar! ːchartreuseː Don't forget SGS is also STEAM DECK VERIFIED so it'll play great on your Deck or Ally or Ayaneo or whatever handheld PC you might have bought in the time since we last updated this game!

ːtealː We've also fixed any broken achievements (and added cloud saves) so you should be able to 100% the game now ːsteamhappyː
