Firstly, a sincere thank you from all of us at Hammerfall Publishing for the hours, days, weeks, and months that you’ve spent playing WH40K:Regicide. Your support means the world to us, and we’re incredibly lucky to have such an amazing community.
In respect of this, we want to be 100% upfront and transparent about the fact that we are upgrading our server hosting provider… a decision that we’ve put extensive effort into, and one that we truly feel will improve both reliability and how we can provide support to you, our players.
The gargantuan task of transferring a database covering three platforms and a huge amount of players doesn’t happen quickly, and our current estimate puts the downtime at a fortnight, during which game progress, xp and requisition points may not be saved.
Multiplayer will not be available on any platform during this time.
As a thank you for your patience over the migration period, we will be unlocking the White Scars for all players who log in the week after it's all completed.
We will, of course, do everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible, though please note that you might experience various issues, especially in relation to your player data. Our [email protected] team will be on hand to assist, inform, and update you during this time.
