Update Notes: Windowed Mode Fixes
Changes Added a window frame to allow for simpler window placement. Adjusted window scaling to accommodate for all resolutions and aspect ratios. Fixed fullscreen setting bugs - fullscreen settings are now accurate and choice will be preserved. I'll continue updating with any nec
