Over 750 players have taken the time to play the Cozy Cleaner demo and share feedback with us. We read every comment, every suggestion, and every little note about what felt good and what could feel better.
And thanks to everyone who added the game to their wishlist, Cozy Cleaner has now passed 30,000 wishlists! That number honestly means so much to us.
This update is built around your feedback, so let’s get into what changed.
✅ What You Asked For, What We Changed
- Picking up trash one by one felt tedious
We added a new Hand Tool upgrade system. The first upgrade lets you carry and throw away 3 pieces of trash at once, and the second upgrade increases that to 5 pieces at once.
- Holding the mouse button got tiring during longer sessions
We added an optional Toggle Mode. With this setting enabled, you can click once to pick up a tool or object, then click again to drop it. It is fully optional, but we recommend trying it for longer play sessions.
- Translation quality and missing languages needed improvement
We teamed up with an Asian publishing partner to add proper translations for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
- The music needed more variety
We added new music tracks to keep the cozy cleaning mood feeling fresh.
- Opening boxes from the truck took too long
We sped up the box opening animation, so there is less waiting and more cleaning.
- Some tools felt a little slow
We gently increased the speed of several cleaning tools. The goal was to make them feel smoother while keeping the relaxing pace of the game.
- Steam Deck support
Steam Deck support is planned after launch. We do not have a Steam Deck on hand just yet, but it is on our list.
🎮 What Will Be in the Full Game?
At launch, Cozy Cleaner will include:
- 30 levels to clean, tidy, and decorate 🧹
- 5 mini-games to add variety to the cleaning routine 🎲
- A whole lot of cats who absolutely did not make that mess 🐾
