Minor audio fixes
Minor graphical update.
Fixed an issue where 100% could become impossible to attain while playing with all modifiers on.
Fixed a crash bug that would sometimes occur while playing with the CRT screen resolution turned on.
Version 1.0.9 should fix issues with bluetooth controller detection.
