Until now, these techniques have only been passed down by the game’s wise, old sages. Now you, too, can become a true Streamline pro! (Or at least become a competent player a lot more quickly!)

Already an adept Streamline player? Head to the Challenge map to test your skills! We set up an obstacle course that will push your parkour mastery to the limits. Try to make it to the end before time runs out while achieving your highest score! Don’t forget to brag about it to your fellow players. ;)
Other stuff

Spawn points have been improved in a variety of scenarios. Situations where Runners spawn near Hunters, Hunters and Runners spawn in locations meant for each other, and Runners spawn directly next to each other should mostly be a thing of the past.

Made yet more changes that may fix the now classic Streamline bug where you can’t see non-green gems. Cross your fingers! If it doesn’t work, we’re just going to start calling it a feature. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The above changes should also resolve the issue where the Bitball goal doesn’t rotate like it should.

We put the game’s characters through an extensive agility training program, so there shouldn’t be any more issues with player movement when changing directions while strafing.

Ever fall through the floor in Overpass? We patched up that hole.

Players can no longer get the Assist and Alley Oop bonuses in Bitball if they score and then score again when the ball respawns. Nice trick, but would have been cooler if you did it on one possession.

In some cases, when players respawned as ghosts, they’d be stuck bent at the waist, facing down. It’s sad being a ghost, but we don’t want you to sulk, so you should be able to stand tall if you want to now.

It’s a pain when a Hunter leaves during a Tag match, so we made it less painful by automatically assigning a new one when that happens.

Throw it back! While it shouldn’t generally happen, if the Bitball manages to leave the Yard, it should now respawn. Play on!

More backend tools for our support team so they can help you out even better than before.

More localization improvements for our very much appreciated non-English speaking players!

It's been so great to see so many new faces jumping into Streamline matches since the Humble Freedom Bundle went on sale! I just want to take a few moments to welcome you all to the community and give you a few tips for finding your way around.

If you haven't said hi on our Discord server yet, that's a great first stop. That's where the core community tends to hang out and it's a great place to find a group of people to play with, to ask questions, get support and tips, announce your live streams, and just get to know everyone. The development team is also available there from around 10am-6pm EST every weekday!
One of the unique features of Streamline is its integration with Streamote, the web interface we developed to give viewers a chance to directly interact with the games they're watching on Twitch. If you're a broadcaster, it adds a great new layer of fun for your audience. If you're a viewer, you get to directly impact the game through bets and rule changes that affect the game's physics/maps/players in addition to playing a bingo-style mini game that can net you Streamline packs and additional coins for betting/rule changes!
There are currently three game modes: Tag, which is great for smaller parties; Elimination, which shines with larger groups; and Bitball, which is a team competition mode.
There's a great FAQ over on our support site if you have any questions about Streamline or Streamote. If your questions aren't answered there, you can send our team a message through that site or, of course, you can ask in the support channel on Discord. You can also…

There's an official Bitball guide! If you're not quite sure about the rules of our competitive ball game, the guide should help get you up to speed. And, of course, ask on Discord and the community will be more than happy to help.
In addition to the community live streams, the development team hosts games live on our Twitch channel three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3-5pm EST. The matches are usually open to the public, so stop by and play with the devs! You can also join our Discord voice chat while you're playing :)

Seriously, though, this update is mostly focused on tidying up while we prepare some bigger content that still needs to bake a little longer. More stuff, coming soon!

Gameplay stuff

Teams will no longer become uneven when Players join a Bitball game mid-match. Fair game is fair!
Charged throws during Bitball now correctly trigger passing bonuses. Go long!
The Ragdoll rule was causing horrific disfigurations instead of silly floppiness. Sorry for the nightmares!
Fixed an issue where Bitball players couldn’t punch former teammates during the following pre-match free play. Alliances are fleeting once again!
In Tag mode with two players, Runner deaths caused by the environment no longer trigger Red Zones. You should still try to not fall off the map, though.
Corrected a situation where Players sometimes couldn't eliminate each other during Not So Sudden Death in a Tag match.
The Long Wharf map no longer has phantom lava during the Floor is Lava rule. You’ll only get hurt when you make the questionable decision to step on visible lava now!
In Tag mode, Players will no longer incorrectly get the “Skin of Your Teeth” bonus when they tag a Runner. Because that makes absolutely no sense.
Other stuff

Fixed the level-up screen for Level 50 players who were seeing some crazy negative numbers.
A handful of localization improvements, including adding some missing translations and fixing bad layouts.
Players will no longer get stuck with a nine-player party in Bitball.
Twitch chat messages that are purged by moderators will now get purged in the in-game chat display.
Fixed some instances where post-match Bitball results didn’t add up properly.
Players who would get a “game not found” error when trying to join an invite-only game via Steam should no longer run into this problem.
Improvements were made to the mid-match Rule Store to make it less awkward when the match features multiple broadcasters.
Other, other stuff

Added some back-end features to make it easier for our community and support team to help players out with linking/unlinking Steam and Twitch accounts.
A bunch of miscellaneous bug fixes.

Streamline 2.5: Making the (Bitball) world a betterer place

New year, ~~new~~ improved Streamline! Streamline 2.5 is a big one in terms of tweaking and fixing some of the big features that were introduced in the last update. We cleaned up a slew of Bitball quirks, drastically improved the Steam friends feature, gave you all the monitor resolutions your system craves, made the spawn points less tragic, and put our exterminator hats on while we blasted away a bunch of bugs. Basically, we betterized™ the game, because we love you.
Bitball: Now with 100% more fixes!
Everyone’s favorite new team mode was the star of the last Streamline update but, like any shiny new thing, we discovered some things about it after it was released that needed a bit more shine.

Winter blues (but…a good kind)! To cut down on confusion, your team is now always Blue, and the opposing team is always Red. Your clothes are also no longer recolored in Bitball matches. Instead, players on the opposing team have a red outline.

Players can now cancel their ball charge by jumping. Don’t throw it away if you don’t want to!

There were some spots on the maps where the Bitball could be punched/thrown out of the arena. Now you no longer need to fear challenging The Beast to get your ball back!

The ground in Overpass was apparently a little too soft in spots, allowing the Bitball to sometimes get stuck in it. We poured some cement. Problem solved!

Teams are now randomly assigned by default. Don’t worry; the host can still manually assign players if they want to make things more balanced (or not).

Game Con had missing collisions on some booth curtains. No more access to alternate under-the-stairs dimensions.

Teams were sometimes able to have more than five players if additional players dropped in mid-match. It’s now limited to five per side. Stop trying to cheat, cheaters.

Bitball now enforces a 10 player limit to keep things at maximum fun levels. You must have 10 players or less in order to start a match, and your party will be resized to a max of 10 players (including the host) if it’s too big. Less is more!

Through some sort of map switching wizardry, Bitball games could be started on unsupported maps. We have thwarted future efforts to access said maps.

The Bitball scoreboard didn’t update sometimes. Now it does every time. Reliable!

Boost initiation animations/effects no longer play after each punch when in overcharge mode.

We made some UI fixes where long lists or names were cut-off on scoreboards.

Fixed a few dialogs/tips that referenced the wrong things/numbers at the wrong times and were just plain confusing.

The goals have been removed from the pre-match freeplay.

The “Choose Teams” button is now disabled when too many players are in a party for a Bitball match.

Fixed an issue where the "Score" and "Defend" UI elements appeared for the entirety of Round 1 of a match and did not appear in Round 2.

Players no longer get the "Robbed" bonus when they score a goal that goes off the post. Because they scored.

Improved Steam friends invitation system
We introduced the ability to invite your Steam friends to play with you in the last update, but we realized it wasn’t working quite how we wanted it to. So we did it better this time!

If you have Steam friends who are online and in Streamline parties that allow Steam friends to join, you will see a "FRIENDS" button on the home menu and the number of friends you can join. Clicking this button opens a display that gives you a list of options to join your friends’ parties!

Happy New Year (resolutions)!
Our New Year’s resolution was to allow players to select any resolution their video card supports that is greater than Streamline’s 1280x720 minimum resolution. Mission complete!
Rule Store is now open before every round
The Rule store will now only feature three items for purchase, but will appear prior to every round.
Localization polish (no, not localization into “Polish”)
Streamline was translated into six new languages in the last update, which created six new issues to fix in this one.

The game now consistently translates into German when that language is selected.

Fixed an issue where multi-line dialogs broke some translations.

Special characters are no longer displayed in lower-case if they’re supposed to be capitalized.

Fixed various instances of labels failing to translate into the selected language.

Various UI adjustments to accommodate for translated text that we originally missed.

The main error messages have been translated.

Better spawn points!
Runners generally want to keep their distance from the Hunter and stay out of red zones, but sometimes their spawn points ignored that common sense (pesky trolls, them spawn points be). We improved the game’s logic to make sure these scenarios don’t happen nearly as often.
Other stuff

The holiday season is over, and so are your chances to find those red and green gym bags.

Players now get the “Clothes” Steam achievements at levels 1, 5, 20, and 50!

~~The graphical issue where you sometimes couldn’t see gems other than the small green ones has been fixed.~~ Whoops, looks like it wasn't totally fixed…we'll try again!

The correct death tip is now shown if you die from entering the opposing team’s goal in Bitball.

Players now get the Natural Selection, Poke The Bear, Ninja, Paparazzi, and Rekt bonuses in Tag mode like they are supposed to.

The Floor is Lava rule no longer generates lava way above the ground plane in the Overpass map.

Players no longer experience permanent rule effects if they die during that rule.

The URL in Twitch chat to join a match was sometimes not functioning properly and is now fixed.

Players that Find Match into a match will now leave the host's party when they leave the match.

Players no longer get stuck in parties after trying to join a Top Live Game and then cancelling.

Fixed a crash when trying to modify Steam Controller input settings.

Improved the flow when joining a game from Top Live Games while currently in another party.

Fixed an issue where viewers were occasionally unable to activate rules purchased in new Rule Store.

Added FX to the Boost Bar when Energy Drink is active, or when your team has Full Overcharge in Bitball.

Corrected a glitch that caused deployed rules to only display the upper-left corner of the Twitch user's icon.

The post-match UI no longer breaks if all players but the host leave the game.

Clicking the Region/Party Type/Allow Steam Friends edit button no longer resets the current selections.

Players' Twitch icons now always display the correct user’s icon.

Various minor UI fixes/improvements.

Rules are no longer highlighted incorrectly if a rule was purchased in the same slot in a previous round.

Fixed an issue where the player’s camera remains tilted if they enter spectator mode during Puke Town.

Players can no longer interact with the menu during the "searching for game" state.

Equipping gloves is no longer possible while wearing the Test Subject Jumper torso item.

Bitball: Streamline’s new TEAM game mode!
It’s time to rally your team and take on your rivals! Bitball is a new mode that finally brings team competition gameplay to the fast-paced world of Streamline. Grab your friends (or jump into a Quick Matched game) and battle it out against other teams to see who will reign supreme!
Two teams compete in Bitball, racking up points by scoring on each other’s goals. Match hosts can make teams and stream viewers can place bets on the winning team (along with the usual Streamote features). Bonus: everyone who plays is rewarded, win or lose!

Play without Twitch! (if you want to)
No Twitch? No problem! The players have spoken and we’ve removed the requirement of using a Twitch account as your Streamline login (though you’ll still need a Twitch account to make use of Streamote functionality…for reasons). Players can now simply use their Steam name to play with their friends on Steam, join other matches, and more. Need help figuring out how to use this new integration? Deck your halls—Winter Holiday content has arrived!
Just in time for those chilly winter Streamline sessions, we’ve added new Winter Holiday packs! Celebrate the season with new character customizations that are sure to keep you cozy and festive. They’re only available for a limited time, so be sure to collect them while you can! Another bonus: the Winter packs have their own custom look—unwrap your gifts just like they’re real presents (and not just your gym bag)!
Multiple language support!
Bienvenue! Willkommen! Benvenuto! ¡Bienvenido! Bem vinda! Добро пожаловать! The game’s text is now localized into French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian languages! There are still a few gaps while we finish the translations but the bulk of the work is available now for your reading pleasure.
More party management options in Streamline!
You’re now able to create your party and manage its settings from within Streamline. Stay in the game and get your next match started more quickly without bouncing to other windows!
Movement and combat changes
We’ve made a number of changes to movement and combat to emphasize the fun and reduce the grief:

Stun duration has been reduced from 3 to 2.5 seconds.
Increased the dash distance for non-Hunter air attacks.
Improved attack aim assist and hit detection.
Players who are stunned can no longer be knocked back again during the stun.
Punching now cancels the stun invulnerability players gain while stunned.
Punching now ends your boost chain.
Reduced the duration of the stun invulnerability from 2 seconds to 1 second.
Movement speed while sliding has been reduced.
Wall running while boosting is now faster!
Fixed a bug that could cause extremely fast speeds while wall-running.
Other changes

Streamline can be launched directly from URLs, including joining a party and getting in their game.
When you’re killed, you’re told why and how so you can hopefully not repeat it.
In-game chat will no longer display Streamote messages from Twitch.
In-game chat now supports rich text, including color and word-wrap.
Point “Orbs” have been renamed “Gems.”
Due to the above, the “Multiball” rule has been renamed “Gem Frenzy.”
It’s now possible to skip the betting and rule purchasing phases. In the case of multiple broadcasters, everyone must agree to skip.
Fixes

A wide variety of obscure crashes have been fixed.
Fixed a few different issues people had with hosting matches.
The Floor Is Lava no longer injures players on bouncers in Game Con.
The Buzzed hair now only has one set of color options instead of two.
Dying from Rules no longer results in empty boosts upon respawn.
Items and colors that can’t be earned in packs by players don’t appear as locked in the inventory anymore.
Inventory no longer shows lock icons on colors that don’t actually exist.
Fixed some issues around Slo’ Thuggin’ and Yakety Hill and how they interacted with respawn times and music.
Fixed a problem where music did not always play during a match.
Fixed a problem with kicking players who have already left from games/parties.

Points collected just before Sudden Death in Tag no longer respawn.
Random point orbs will not drop during Sudden Death in Tag.

Fixed a handful of rare crashes with parties.
Chat no longer breaks when switching between game modes or when the host leaves.
Party UI shows who the leader is.

Fixed some performance problems if some audio settings were dropped to 0.
Fixed spectator mode occasionally breaking, especially during Tag games.

2.1 hotfix
Couple of quick fixes this afternoon: The new map, Overpass, has been temporarily disabled due to bad spawn points. It'll be back soon! We've removed a few of the ghost-only bonuses from Tag. Players couldn't trigger them but they were still showing up on Bingo cards on Streamote

We've removed a few of the ghost-only bonuses from Tag. Players couldn't trigger them but they were still showing up on Bingo cards on Streamote.
In-game Twitch chat should be fixed and will no longer spam error messages when it can't connect to the chat servers. Chat should also no longer break when leaving a match and joining a new one.
Fixed a few rare crashes due to race conditions.
There's still a known issue with chat and switching between game modes, however. Chat will occasionally break if you switch between Tag and Elimination. If you leave the rejoin the match, it should fix the issue. A proper fix for this will be coming soon!

The game of Tag, weaponized. Alternate between hunting and running for points! As the Hunter, if you tag someone, they become the new Hunter and you become a Runner. Tag works especially well for games with a smaller number of people. You're it!

Items have always had rarity, but now we show you just how rare they are.
Better Party Status

See what the other players in your party are up to so you can better hassle them to get in the game.
Players can enter into a "waiting for host" state instead of seeing an error if the host hasn't started the game yet.
Prompt players to join the game when the host starts the match
Player Level Icons
Show off to everyone just how much experience you have with unique icons per level.
Small Additions and Fixes

Reduced the Hunter's attack cooldown from 1.5s to 0.9s. Spam those attacks!
At the end of a round, we'll now show you WHY you're getting XP, not just how much.
The laws enforcing clean shaves have been overthrown. Beards have been granted for the other faces.
Taunt animations lengths have been standardized.
Yakety Hill, Crabcore, and Nerfed animations blend together now.
Player attacks can no longer pick up orbs, only players themselves can.
Being eliminated doesn't trigger low-life states upon coming back to life so it won't trigger things like Just a Flesh Wound.
The Revenant bonus works again.
Removed Stop, Drop, and Roll rule. It was confusing and unclear and not fun.
Disrespect now requires the Hunter to look at the Runner taunting, not the other way around.
Rise from Your Graves plays nicely with Haunting now.
The V-neck Slo' Thuggin Shirt shows the sloth for all colors! Just in time for October 20th, International Sloth Day.
The Kneepads and Short Shorts work properly with boots and shoes now.
Wolf Among Us now longer hides haunting targets.

Streamote
Multiple broadcasters in the same game are now supported!
Broadcasters can now play with each other and their channels can play along on streamote.tv, voting, betting, and playing bingo, though the Rule store is only available to the host of the party's channel.
More Rewards!

Whenever you win Bingo or a Bet, in addition to the currency, you'll also be rewarded with a Pack of gear in Streamline!
Bingo now pays out 4000 for a win and 100 for each correctly hit tile.
Streamote Streamline Announcements
Streamote will now make helpful periodic announcements in chat explaining what's happening in Streamline.
Smaller additions and fixes

We've added a bunch of juicy animations to things like currency updates, party changes, betting, and more!
Fixed unpartnered broadcaster channels so they don't see subscriber specific functionality (sub-only parties, sub buttons on streamote.tv, etc).
Fix for users who have out of sync system clocks. This should no longer cause issues with betting, buying, or, well, doing anything on streamote.tv.
When searching viewers, if a channel has more viewers than can be displayed, we let the broadcaster know.
Subscribers should now always show up as subs, in all cases.

Hunter Grading fixed in build 2.0.34
Just a quick fix for Hunter grading: The Hunter can now receive grades other than an F-. It should also easier to get Bs/As/Ss now too. Sorry, we know you've been playing better than that!

Fixed sounds that were previously marked global and were avoiding the wrath of the sound slider. For example, Deep Water and Long Wharf’s bouncers should be WAY less noisy now and you shouldn’t hear the hunter killing people from across the map.

Movement
We polished up a bunch of movement and animations and changed some functionality for more smooth free-running action.

You can no longer change direction mid-wall run.
Improved ledge detection: you can now climb a ledge or vault over objects from the side, no longer requiring the camera to face the obstacle.
Slide continues until your boost meter is completely empty as long as you're pressing crouch.
Jumping while sliding ("super jump") is no longer possible. RIP impossible movement. :(
You can no longer wall run on the same wall you just jumped off.
Shortly after jumping off a wall, you'll regain air control.
Wall runs should be easier to start now.
Polish

Lots more clothing options have been added. Get your Sportiform now!
Tons of performance optimizations. No, seriously, potato machines from long ago!
Added a Credits screen under the Proletariat section. If you helped out during GDC or were an early broadcaster, you're in there! :)
During transitions between game modes and state, there's a polite screen wipe.
The hunter's name has been added to the betting screen (though you still can't bet on them)!
The UI above the players' heads has an indicator if they're stunned.
Added a sweet water splash for all you scuba divers out there.
Learn the deep secrets of the game with loading tips at the start of every round.
Slightly reduced the duration of the intro slo-mo when a Rule changes.

Bug fixes
You can no longer get stuck under/inside the seesaws on The Yard.
Opening Packs is way faster than it used to be!
The pack rewards are more random. You should no longer get 3x Torsos or Leg items in a single pack. Or at least if you do, they'll be different ones!
The Hunter will now kill runners if they attack but land directly on top of them. DFA!
Fixed a large hitch when eliminating the last Runner or Hunter.
Jump animations are now cancelled when you hit a ceiling
Fixed gloves looking weird with some torso items.
The hunter should no longer get stuck with the map camera when matches roll over.
Fixed a few bugs with resolution changing and being improperly set when changing settings or sound.

A LOT of server performance upgrades.
Sweet new broadcaster onboarding!
You can now delete your party even if it isn't full. This also applies to joining a party when you have one of your own.
Chatbot now automatically turns on when you become a broadcaster.
The onboarding tutorial for broadcasters has been removed for the time being, while we rework it.
Fixed a bug where viewers showed up as "IN MY GAME" on the viewer list when they were in another party.
Streamote.tv/BROADCASTER_NAME now takes you to your viewer page. Instead of redirecting to your dashboard, there's now a banner pointing you to the place where you can manage your party.
Fixed a bug where you could see a mismatch between expected and actual bet winnings

The Runner in first place now has a Crown icon above their head, letting everyone else know just how majestic they are... and adjust their targeting accordingly.
After being stunned, players have ~6 seconds of stun-immunity. You can still get bounced around, but you can't be stunned!
Players can now "scrabble" up walls. Hit a wall a little low? Jump again and clamber up!
Added a few invincibility frames to the dodge animation. Time it well and you're invulnerable!
Runner and Ghost attacks have been made slightly smaller. You'll have to aim and time your attacks a little bit better!
But! Runners and Ghosts have shorter attack cooldowns so they can punch more often!
Slide now lets you go through other players and knock them out of your way.
The Hunter radar disappears during Sudden Death and Wolf Among Us. Keep your eyes peeled!
You can more easily see if another player is carrying a stolen orb.
If you're close to a Ghost, you can see their name. OooOoOOooOOOOoooo.
When a Runner is eliminated, any orbs they're carrying are knocked out of them and scatter.
When a Runner is eliminated, the Death Orb they drop now gets knocked up and away and bounces around!
Death Orb values have been reduced from 50% to 25% of the eliminated player's total score.
The Hunter can see what place all of the Runners are in right next to their names.
Ghosts and Hunters can punch Death Orbs to knock them away. Make those Runners run for those orbs!
Nearly all of the animations in the game have been replaced with better versions!
Ghost changes aplenty!

A new goal for Ghosts has been added! Upon being eliminated, Ghosts are given a target Runner to Haunt. If the Ghost manages to punch that target, they'll be well rewarded and be given a new target. Subsequent Hauntings will award more and more points, letting Ghosts stay in the game AND make life harder for the Runners.
Ghosts are now affected by all the rules, so watch out! You can die in Lava, you'll jump higher with Moon Boots, and so on!
Ghosts can't attack for a short period after they've been stunned. (You can tell because they're grey!)
If a round enters Sudden Death, Ghosts are all immediately killed and spectate the hunter.
The Hunter Radar is hidden for Ghosts.
If the Hunter attacks a Ghost, the Ghost goes flying!
A new Home Screen and remappable controls!

The home screen's been totally revamped for better organization, standardization, and more.
By clicking on the Proletariat logo on the home screen, you can access our Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch channels, as well as see the game credits (which are still being worked on!).
The ESC key now goes back to the previous screen or closes the current popup.
The character now smoothly and predictably rotates as you drag your mouse around.
In the Audio settings, you'll find a Sound Effects slider!
Under Settings, you'll also find a page where you can fully remap your keyboard and mouse or choose from a few different controller mappings.
Practice Mode!

Choose any map to practice by yourself. Learn the lines, find sweet hiding spots, or just check out what your character looks like in their current threads.
Hunter Score!

Runners knew if they were doing well (or not) and now Hunters do too!
As Hunters get Bonuses, they're being graded just like they were in school again.
At the end of a match, everyone will see the Hunter's grade and the Hunter will be rewarded accordingly.
Bonuses!

We've revisited all of the bonuses and how much they're worth. Their values have been boosted across the board (and in some cases, by quite a lot!).
A whole bunch of new bonuses have been added, so be on the look out for new ways to score the big points.
You can see how much bonuses are worth when you get them. Bask in the glory of the 7,500 points of Last Man Standing.
Accolades!

Based on all of the Bonuses awarded in a match, certain Players can receive call outs at the end! Who will be The Admiral and who will be the Trollface??!
Rules!

4 new rules have been added!
"Vengeful Spirits" - The Ghosts can now kill the Runners (as well as the Hunter and other Ghosts)! Maybe you should be afraid of ghosts...
"Spiritual Cleansing" - Turnabout is fair play... Runners can kill Ghosts and the Ghosts will drop big points!
"Energy Drink" - Everyone enjoys unlimited Boost!
"Shady Business" - The Ghosts become very difficult to see.
Make It Rain now forces the Hunter to drop point orbs worth 100 but they expire after 20 seconds.
As a part of the above mentioned Bonus point revamp, the Bonus Bonus rule now only awards 3x the points, not 5x.
The Playground map becomes... The Yard

It's been revamped from the ground up and is better than ever! Why, it's almost like a brand new map!
Smaller additions and fixes:

We've made HUGE performance optimizations. Playing on a 4 year old integrated graphics card? No problem!
The number of players currently connected is shown while waiting for players.
The streamote.tv URL is shown during betting and rule purchasing so viewers can easily play along.
Hunter select now shows the RANDOM option at the bottom instead of alphabetically.
Rarely, players wouldn't receive XP for matches. (And sometimes, they'd get negative 2 billion. That's a BAD match...)
In freak circumstances, players would go into spasms while trying to climb up a ledge.
Rule announcement sound effects would blare through even if the game's sound was muted.
Normalized the volume of many sound effects. Ear drums being blown out are hopefully a thing of the past!
Players can no longer wall run on each other. Personal space is important.
Baseball caps are now properly worn on the head by female characters instead of on their feet.
Reward icons are shown for items wearable only by the opposite gender.
Players can no longer dodge during the round countdown.
If players are holding down movement keys during the round countdown, they'll probably take effect when the round begins.
Revamped some of the supported resolutions, windowed mode, and full screen. Far fewer black bars, stuck cursors, and wonky UIs.
Sudden Death + Nerfed should correctly give people the appropriate weapons now.
Random Orb spawns should no longer spawn in closed danger zones.
STREAMOTE

Streamote now has a short tutorial for broadcasters to help them get acquainted, encouraging them to turn on and mod the Streamote chatbot.
Party creation instructions coming soon....
In between matches, the left hand sidebar lets you know that there's nothing happening (yet).
Fixed a bug where the Rules for round 2 were sometimes not purchasable.

Hunter 'Radar'!

Another super desired feature: Runners now have an indicator letting them know WHERE the Hunter is when they're nearby, not just "The Hunter is near you. Maybe?"
Advancement!

Earn XP by playing matches (and placing highly) and be rewarded with unique clothing colors that show off just how good you are.
Rewards!

Earn packs by playing matches and open them up to get tons of new items, outfits, animations, and more. Do better, get more stuff! YEAH STUFF!
To achieve this collecting glory, however, players no longer get to start with every item in every color. :(
New Map!

A new map has been added! 'Deepwater' is a rig in the middle of the sea. Don't fall (or get punched) off!
Unfortunately, we've had to disable the Game Con map to fix up some performance issues it's been having. Don't worry, it'll be back!
The Other Stuff:

Switching maps no longer boots your party and forces them to rejoin the game. Rejoice and switch maps with impunity!
Bonuses have had their code re-written from scratch making them much more consistent and less buggy. Now you can be rewarded correctly when you AFK. :)
The client now checks its version against the server and prompts you to upgrade instead of just pitching a fit and crashing out.
Ghosts now see when an area is about to close down.
Fixed a few freezes when matches would roll over or players would join mid-match.
A whole raft of performance optimizations and bug fixes.
