Synth Beasts' Kickstarter campaign has been running for almost a month now, and we're almost in the final 48h!
I wanted to make this video to remind you all about it in case you wanted to back for some of the exclusive rewards, which include:

Design a Boss ➜ Create its look, mechanics, and backstory.
Build an Island ➜ Craft a whole explorable area with lore, puzzles, and combat.
Create a Synth Beast ➜ Bring your own playable monster to life.
Make a Gizmo ➜ Invent an equippable item that alters creature abilities, inspired by Hollow Knight’s Charm system.
Build a Statue ➜ Immortalise yourself on the Hero’s Isle with custom visuals and an inscription.
Form an NPC ➜ Bring yourself to life as one of the game's scientists! You get to decide what the NPC says!
Message in a Bottle ➜ Leave riddles, secrets, or heartfelt notes for players to discover.

4 months ago I announced that Synth Beasts would be coming to Kickstarter, and... I'm excited to announce that it has JUST LAUNCHED! Check out the campaign here.
It's a Monster Taming Action RPG, so think Pokemon with real-time combat and a Metroidvania-inspired open world. It's also got a free demo here on Steam, so go check it out on the store page!
There are 2 main reasons I decided to bring Synth Beasts to Kickstarter:

Firstly, while the game's core development is almost done, I want to bring it to as many platforms as possible. With Soul Stalker, we initially planned to only bring it to Steam and Switch, but because of our awesome porting partners at Origami Panda Studio, we were also able to bring it to Xbox and PlayStation! Now that we have experience doing all of this, I wanted to continue doing so with Synth Beasts, and the Kickstarter make this possible!
Secondly, I absolutely loved involving the community in our previous games' development. Some of the best items, characters, and monsters were all designed by you guys through the creative backer tiers, and Synth Beasts is doubling down on that.
Some of Synth Beasts' creative tiers include:

Design a Boss ➜ Create its look, mechanics, and backstory.

It's been a while since we've updated you all on the state of Synth Beasts, but I'm happy to announce that the game has seen many incredible improvements over the past few months, and have several announcements to make relating to them!
I've made a video that you can find below going over them all, so make sure to watch it if you want to stay up to date, but the most important takeaway from it if you want to keep up with the development side of things as closely as possible is that we're going to be running a Kickstarter campaign for the game! This is for two main reasons:

Firstly, we want to help fund a part of the console ports so that we can make sure to simultaneously launch on all platforms.
Our second reason is that I personally love involving a game's community as much as possible, and allowing players to leave their mark. With Synth Beasts, we plan on having tons of awesome backer rewards such as making your own monsters, making your own islands, and way way more. Of course, if you just want to support us by getting the game through Kickstarter, you'll be able to get a key for any of the supported platforms!

17 equippable powers.

Our aim with this new game was to make it the most action-based and engaging Bullet Heaven, as well as providing a crazy amount of bang for your buck (hence the low price)! We don't work with a publisher that takes a large percentage cut, so this is the reason we can pass on the savings to you!
