Fixes a couple of issues with league setup.
Fixed an issue with weather debuffs, like those caused rain and fog, occasionally persisting between games. A few other minor bug fixes as well.
Added current number of players on team to the roster screen. If team is over the end of season limit, the roster number will be in RED. Fixed a bug that was occasionally causing runners to angle towards the middle of the field when no defenders were in front of them. Fixed issue

Re-implemented fix that was causing issue with Team Draft Preferences. Fixed several issues that were causing problems with drafts.

Captain Bonus now increases based on players experience if the player is not new to the team. The AI selecting a captain is now influenced by this. Also added toggles for Icons Shown on the field.
Coach Debuffs were being recorded as Buffs on coaching stats.

New playoff calculations when going to standing screen was causing schedule bugs. Should be fixed now.
Defense will now look and historical tendencies of the Runner (do they run or pass) and get small adjustments based on those tendencies. For example, if the QB has a tendency to Pass, the defense will be slightly better at defending the pass but weaker if QB decides to run. Minim
