To celebrate Bearskull’s 2nd anniversary, we’ve prepared a very special and final update for you. Here’s a detailed look at all the new features and improvements:
📖 Story Continuation
The story no longer ends with the Sorkin battle – it now continues beyond that! Look forward to new dialogues, fresh events, and an exciting new chapter in the Bearskull universe.
👑 Sorkin Boss Fight Rework
The fight against Sorkin has been completely redesigned and now consists of three dynamic phases. Each phase introduces new mechanics and challenges – an epic boss fight awaits you!
🛡️ New Shield Feature
At the beginning of the game, you now receive a protective shield that allows you to block enemy attacks. This new element adds depth to the gameplay and gives you more tactical options.
🌍 Overworld Enhancements
The Overworld has been slightly adjusted and optimized to make exploration smoother and more immersive. Small visual improvements and pathing updates enhance the experience.
🖥️ Improved User Interface (UI)
The user interface has been revamped to feel cleaner, clearer, and more intuitive. Menus, HUD elements, and interactions have been polished to make your experience more enjoyable.
🎬 Bonus Cutscene

After an intense and passionate development phase, it's finally here: We are in the final testing phase of the major Bearskull update! We've spent almost a year working to make the finale even more captivating, expand the story with exciting new content, and add fresh features. Our goal was to create an experience that excites us and you 100% – and we are proud of how far we've come.
🎯 Planned Release: March 2025
This update marks a significant milestone: an epic finale that gives Bearskull a worthy conclusion. But don't worry, this doesn't mean the end of this world. On the contrary: at the end of the update, you'll find the first teaser for Bearskull 2! Yes, we promised it – and soon it will finally be here.
🔍 Why did it take so long?
We are a passionate team of students who, in addition to Bearskull, work on several smaller games you can also find here on Steam. Despite our limited time, we've invested every free minute into this update – with a huge amount of heart and creativity.

It's been a while since we last checked in, and many of you have asked if the game is now finally complete. The short answer: No. Since the last update, we've been working hard on a final major update for Bearskull that will bring some exciting new content:

New levels
A new boss
An arena mode
A story expansion
And much more
But the journey doesn't end there. Those familiar with DreamStudios know that we keep our promises. And yes, there will be a sequel, and it will be amazing. While we can't reveal too much just yet, the final update will give you a glimpse of the direction Bearskull 2 will take. More details will follow, but rest assured, development is already underway.
Before Bearskull 2 is released, however, we have a little surprise in store for you. So, get excited for what's to come with Bearskull! In the meantime, feel free to check out our other games, as we're not just focused on one project – our team has grown significantly.
