Gambit Realm Mode: Engage in high-stakes battles with other players! Wager Dragon Scales, 1st Edition Kickstarter ETR Booster Packs, and Second Edition Booster Packs and win Origin Wins, improve your ELO, and increase your Player Level.
New Realm Backgrounds: We've added five new hand-painted realm backgrounds to immerse you in your in-realm matches. These will currently be presented at random.

14 New Second Edition Full Art Rare Cards: We've introduced a new batch of full art rare cards into the mix. Enhance your decks with these beautifully crafted cards and let the battles commence! These are of regular "Rare" rarity but a beautiful "full art" version of the card.
2 New Second Edition Rare Cards: Apart from the full art rares, we've also added 2 new rare cards and many other of various rarities! More options for strategic play and deck building! (Expect more Second Edition cards to change before finalization, thank you for your feedback!).
Codex Card Enhancements: The Codex will now have Mythicals and Exotics with a rainbow effect in 2D to better establish card rarity and type.
Card Sleeve Options: Personalize your game experience with over 17 new card sleeve designs available in the Dragon Scale Bazaar! You can also use your card sleeves during in-realm matches. Show off your personal style in every match! You can spend Dragon Scales on Card Sleeves to unlock permanently for your account, more will be coming!

Performance Improvements: We've done a significant number of backend updates to improve game performance. These enhancements should make your gameplay smoother and more enjoyable.
Card Updates and Additions: As we move toward the release of the Second Edition, we've updated over 13 cards for Second Edition early access. But that's not all, we've added two new game balancing cards, the "Revenant Ruler" and "Willow of Withering" - both meticulously designed by the renowned MTG artist Scott Murphy!
Further Improvements and Future Plans: As always, we've made a slew of miscellaneous improvements and we have many more in the pipeline. Stay tuned for even more new cards, updated artwork, and features coming in the Second Edition!

We've rebalanced and updated numerous cards from our Second Edition. Both stats and artwork updates have been implemented, so make sure to check them out in your collections:

Sorting by Set in Collection & Decks: To provide a smoother navigation experience, we've added the option to sort your Collection and Decks by set. Whether you're looking for 1st Edition Kickstarter cards, Second Edition cards, or Promotional Cards, you can now find them more easily.
Hide/Show Chat in-realm matches: We understand that sometimes, you need a distraction-free game. Now you have the option to hide or show chat during in-realm matches. The choice is yours!
Updated Codex navigation: Exploring the Mythrel Codex has become even more intuitive. On card pages, you can now navigate to the previous or next card in the set with just a click.
More audio: We have started to add more music and audio to Mythrel for a more immersive experience!

Second Edition: Early Access Preview
Engage with the game like never before with over 18 Mythical cards, 8 Exotics, 38 Rares, 36 Uncommons, and 36 Commons. Enjoy the diversity of more than 47 cards featuring brand-new artwork. All the cards introduced in this edition bear the Second Edition stamp and carry the set ID: SND-xxx.
As we're still perfecting the Second Edition, we welcome your feedback and look forward to making this the best edition yet. All Second Edition cards are subject to changes until pre-orders go live for print production.
Improved Gameplay Experience

Opponent's Mana Counter: We've rectified the issue with the mana counter to display the opponent's mana count correctly.
In-Realm UI: The revised In-Realm UI now accurately reflects your current mana count.
Species Frames: Enjoy the vibrant, revamped frames for the in-play species (creatures).
Set Symbols: We've added set symbols to cards in-play for better visibility and understanding.
Discord Player Market Bot: Now featuring card images for a more immersive trading experience.
Drop Card Here Visual Cue: We've added a new visual aid to show players where to "drop" cards for play.
Codex Updates: Access the latest patch notes and improved card visuals within the Codex.
Improved Deck Manipulation on Mobile: We've improved the deck dragging/scrolling feature on mobile. Simply hold down for ~4 seconds to rearrange your deck list.
Market Improvements: Now includes set id of cards along with Discord notifications for listings and sales. Second Edition Booster Packs (SND) are now also available in the market.
Vortex and Gauntlet Deck Updates: We've removed weak decks and made updates. Expect more refinements in future updates.
ELO Rating Updates: We've updated ELO ratings to use a KFactor of 16 if greater than 1500 ELO. This change will make ELO ratings less sensitive at higher rankings.
Deck Builder Fix: The deck builder will now correctly navigate to page 1 when executing a search.
Rules Changes: "Within Reason" is now limited only to 2x copies per deck and the new card "Elysia's Drake" is limited to 2x copies per deck only Mythical exception. You can only have the max copies of any card based on their name, so if a cards copy limit is 4 you can have e.g. 2x from 1st Edition of the same name and 2x from Second Edition as the same name.

We have implemented several enhancements to the interface, resulting in a more polished and visually appealing experience.
Various text updates have been made throughout the game to ensure clarity and consistency.
Spell Card Double Play Prevention:
We have fixed an issue where players were able to unintentionally double click or play spell cards multiple times in quick succession. This fix ensures a fair and balanced gameplay experience for all players.
Realm Chat Display Fix:
We have resolved an issue that caused realm chat messages to display chats from other realms.
Now, you can fully engage with your realm community without any interference.
Vortex/Gauntlet Deck Fix:
Previously, there were decks with more than one life cost card in Vortex/Gauntlet deck configurations. This issue has been rectified, ensuring accurate gameplay mechanics.
Card Drawing and Disconnection Issue Fix:
We have addressed a problem where players were experiencing disconnections from the realm while drawing more cards than available in their decks. This fix ensures uninterrupted gameplay sessions.
Card Transfer Fix:
We have resolved an issue related to card transfers, ensuring smooth and reliable card trading between players.
Private Card Collections:
Introducing a highly requested feature, you can now create private collections within the Mythrel Codex. Enjoy the freedom of organizing your cards in a confidential and secure manner.
Battlerealm Spell and Species Limit Fix:
We have fixed a limitation where players were unable to play spells after playing more than six species in the Battlerealm. Now, you can fully enjoy the game!
Improved Realm Joining and Creation:
We have streamlined the process of joining realms and creating new realms by introducing convenient popup confirmations.
Deck List Drag Feature:
We are thrilled to introduce the deck list drag feature. You can now easily rearrange your deck by dragging a card, instantly moving it to the top of your deck list. Your deck art will always be showcased as the first card in your deck list.
