Many years ago, we released our first game, Sang-Froid, one a lot of you seemed to like a lot. A game that dove deep into folklore, mythology and with remarkably unique gameplay. A few years later, we introduced you to Conflicks, a game similarly anchored in History.
Now, we're proud to do it again with our new game, Legends of the Round Table.
Legends of the Round Table, in true Artifice Studio fashion, is a game that challenges the status quo and with which we're trying something that hasn't been done before. It's a game with which we asked the question: if medieval folks had access to computers, what kind of game would they make?
With years of research behind it, Legends of the Round Table faithfully adapts Arthurian legends into a beautiful game presented in the Illuminated Manuscript art style - everything is hand painted using the very same techniques monks used to illustrate medieval books. The music itself is played on real reproductions of medieval instruments from that era!
