We're thrilled to see that players are having fun with Intervallic! As promised on Friday, here's our first patch which contains fixes to both known and new issues in our game. The details:
- [DEMO] The Steam demo has been updated to include all bugfixes until now. It contains the Tutorials and Largrotto Campaign level 1!
- Improved the camera system to help with object visibility on more intense levels
- Fixed a campaign level unlock bug
- Minuet in G no longer freezes in rhythm mode
- Tutorial levels no longer freeze on death
- Fixed input problems for Largrotto 2
- The help screen buttons have been fixed in the help menus
- Destructible obstacles can no longer insta-kill the player

Original postHi everyone! Thank you so much to everyone that has played our demo since our last update and everyone that has wishlisted our game on Steam! Your feedback and enthusiasm have been amazing, so we're excited to announce a new huge update!
Major Changes
- Main Menu -- We have designed and implemented an entirely new main menu!
- You can see all the menus that we currently have and will have in the future after pressing start in the start menu. This includes the Campaign, Song Packs, Level Editor, Shop, and Extras
- You'll notice that, for now, you can only play Song Packs, but stay tuned for the others!]
- You can also access a help menu (from the button with a question mark) and the settings menu (from the button with the gear) at the top right of the screen
- Song Packs -- Play non-campaign levels in various genres from the Song Packs menu! We are developing more levels, but for now, you can play through:
- All four tutorials
- Practice scales]
- Minuet in G
- Mary Had a Little Lamb
- Happy Birthday
- Overture (previously named "Level 1")
- Energize (previously named "Level 2")
- A demo of our first level in our campaign, Largrotto
- In-Game UI Revamp -- The buttons that you press/notes you play are now displayed at the bottom of the screen with new gorgeous assets and shaders
Minor Changes
- Bug Fixes and User Feedback -- Many bugs related to gameplay and UI have been fixed, but there are certainly still some outstanding ones that we are working through. Let us know if you find anything!
- UI Changes -- We're using a new, more legible font, and more accessible and distinguishable colors throughout the game. Let's go, branding packet and consistency!
