Fixed an issue with propane tanks that allowed them to be held and thrown after exploding. Fixed an issue that caused all ghosts to have the same color. Added Grind Rails to some spots in Hallways.

Combo Multiplier affects Time Bonus. Mainly because I didn't feel like doing a big wipe just before christmas. Time Bonus now factors in combo bonus when displaying on the HUD.
