What's new:

Commanders, the open playtest is done, and you left us buried in feedback. No complaints here: every questionnaire, bug report, and "why does this unit do THAT" gave us a mountain of data on where to take Iron Frontier next. We've already put a big chunk of it to work.
Here's a taste of what changed:
You can now command each unit type separately
Drag a selection box over your units and send them anywhere with one click
Reworked card draws: only unit cards appear mid-battle, while economy cards come at the start of each wave
Factory cards no longer need a perk to unlock. Every factory pumps out one unit at the start of each wave
New tactics that reward you with extra units
More units can now hit air targets
Fresh tutorial steps for new recruits
A cleaner interface
Difficulty levels
And we're not done. The team is still digging into your notes and cooking up new features.

Big up to everyone who plays Iron Frontier and sends us feedback! The new demo version 0.08, based on your suggestions, is now live!
Frontline News:
- Army control system has been redesigned. Now you can send troops to advantageous positions, counterattack the enemy, and retreat to the safety of your base. This opens up vast tactical possibilities depending on your army composition.
- A second mission with new enemies has been added to Battle Mode. Be prepared for air attacks!
- The list of upgrades has been expanded with new deadly technologies. Look for synergies between upgrades and make your army invincible!
- A new building has been added: a Supply Depot. Building a Supply Depot increases the maximum size of your army.
- Game balance has been reworked based on your feedback. New resource acquisition methods have been added, allowing to buy more upgrades.
- Voiceovers have been added for all available units, along with a large number of new sound effects.
- Graphics and special effects have been improved. Aircraft now have shadows.

Iron Frontier will feature weather effects
Weather will be a factor to consider in Iron Frontier! Snowstorm will freeze units. Rain will occasionally spawn lightning strikes. Dust storms will limit units range of fire. We are aiming to add as much variety to the gameplay as possible. Stay tuned!
