We will add your Modian name to the thank you list after the crowdfunding campaign ends! If you would like to change the name on the thank you list, please enter the following in the notes field: "Thank you list: "your name." Please note that the name cannot be too long and should not contain inappropriate words!
We will count the user IDs who were charged duplicate shipping fees for purchasing multiple gears as soon as possible after the crowdfunding campaign ends (estimated to be mid-August) and contact Modian to issue refunds. Please stay tuned for further project updates. If your postage isn't refunded, please join the official crowdfunding group to leave a feedback (QQ: 279144946). You can also message customer service, but please be patient and wait for a response.
If the package you choose includes the "Please specify a single female character's name" in the description, you will receive all the optional items in that package featuring that female character! For example, if I purchase the "Heart Blossom" package and specify "Lin Xi," all the optional items in that package will feature Lin Xi. Please note: We don't support specifying multiple female characters, such as "Ye Qingyu standee, Gu Meng laser ticket," as this will significantly increase our processing time.
