There are 5 cards to collect. Getting them all will allow you to craft a tentacle-toilet badge for your profile. On top of that you will receive toilet themed emojis and profile backgrounds, one of it being a Toilet Tentacle!!
To collect cards and craft a badge, simply play the game. Up to half of the entire card set is dropped that way and they drop at random intervals. For the rest of the cards you will have to put your trading skills to some good use. Once you have a full set of cards, you craft them into a badge and get rewarded with random emojis and backgrounds.

Apparently, the last hotfix didn't fix the only bug it meant to fix Bugs fixed: tentacle now can't go through the walls achievement 0 doesn't appear randomly some objects have better physics
