BOUNTY DRAG RACING (“BDR”) Skill-Based Racing Contest

1. Sponsor. The contest is sponsored and administered by KODGAMES LLC, with principal offices at Canovanas, Puerto Rico. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Valve Corporation or Steam.
2. Eligibility. Open to individuals who meet the minimum age established in the BDR EULA, have a valid Steam account in good standing, and are legally permitted to participate in skill-based contests in their jurisdiction. Contestants must join the BDR Discord for contest administration and communications. Contestants must share the social media post for each event and provide a screenshot evidence through [email protected], mentioning their in-game name to be allowed to race.
3. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase, payment, subscription, or downloadable content is required to participate. Joining the BDR Discord server is free and used solely for contest administration and communications.
4. Skill-Based Contest. This is a skill-based competition. Winners are determined solely by objective performance metrics, as specified in each event announcement. No element of chance is involved.
5. Contest Format. A qualifying race will be held on the dates announced in advance via BDR Discord and official BDR social media. There will be a qualifying round where the top 32 players will advance to a final race, also announced at least seven days in advance. Race specifications will be published prior to each round and incorporated by reference into these Rules. There will be 3 total events, each including a qualifying day and a race day. The points for each driver will be added up to determine a championship winner. Points format: 15 points for each round win. 5 points for making the required 3 qualifying attempts per event. 10 points for qualifying into the top 32 of each event.
6. Prize. The winner of the overall championship will receive USD $1,000 in cash, the second place of the overall championship will receive $150 USD in cash. The third place of the overall championship will receive $50 USD in cash. One winner of each individual race will receive USD $100 in cash. The prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except if required by law.
7. Prize Payment. The prize will be paid via PayPal or an alternative commercially reasonable payment method if PayPal is unavailable or restricted. No fees will be imposed on the winner to receive the prize. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Verification. The winner must complete a reasonable identity verification process to confirm eligibility and comply with legal or tax obligations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Contestants under 18 must submit evidence of parental consent in order to be eligible for a prize and any prize awarded to a minor will be paid to the parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf. KODGAMES will not request Steam account passwords or login credentials.
9. Fair Play. Cheating, exploitation of bugs, falsification of results, or violation of platform rules, BDR’s End User License Agreement, BDR’s Community Guidelines, or these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
10. Use of Designs; Third-Party Rights. As provided in BDR’s EULA, players may not use third-party intellectual property in the game or in contests. By participating, each player represents and warrants that all designs used are original or proprietary, do not infringe third-party rights, and require no third-party authorization.
11. Limitation of Liability. KODGAMES LLC is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or events beyond its reasonable control affecting participation or contest operation.
12. Privacy and Publicity. Personal information will be used solely for contest administration and legal compliance. The winner consents to the use of their in-game username for promotional purposes related to the contest.
13. Governing Law. For participants located in Puerto Rico, this contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, including applicable DACO regulations.
14. Acceptance of Rules. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules and KODGAMES’s final decisions.
