we will present you with information about the enemy characters and items in the upcoming game "Shinobi non Grata" scheduled for release on May 25, 2023.
In this #10 update, following the previous content, we will continue to introduce information about the enemy in the game.
The grudge of a person who has failed to attain Buddhahood. It appears from off-screen and slowly approaches its prey, sucking its lifeblood. In addition to its relentless pursuit of its prey, it is also quite durable.
A corpse revived by the anti-soul technique of Mukuro-Tenzen, a jounin of the Oboro clan. They move slowly, but they are sensitive to the scent of the living and attack them.
Muscular is a low-ranking ninja of the Oboro clan. Its huge physique blocks the way to the target. Their weapons have a wide attack range, so be sure to guide them well and strike them down.

Ronin are hunters who are hired by the Oboro clan for money. However, they are skilled and are the strongest small fry character, bouncing back from all subweapons and slashing at them with their special iai when they get in close!
This is a tool installed in the Oboro clan that serves as the starting point of the warding system. It uses an enormous amount of "soul" energy to form a ward, blocking the way forward. Unless the ward is broken, it is impossible to proceed.

In this #9 update, let's start by introducing the details about the enemy and game items.
A low-ranking fighter of the Oboro clan. They are no match for kaina, but they are prepared to stab each other in the back, so be on your guard.
The shurikens and bombs they throw can be canceled out by swords.
A ninja who rushes forward while holding a spear. Because of its long reach, even if you counter with a sword, you will be damaged first. He wears armor, so his durability is also high.
A dog trained for combat. When it catches sight of your aircraft, it will lunge or jump at you. With his speed of movement and excellent sense of smell, he will not let his prey escape once he has targeted it.
A highly trained hawk. It is a troublesome opponent that persistently pursues your aircraft, and when it sees an opening, it suddenly swoops down and attacks. Moreover, it "avoids" our attacks.
Occasionally, scrolls that allow the use of ninja techniques for a certain period of time will appear from wooden crates in the game.
Red is "Flash Jutsu"....deals damage to enemies on the screen.
Blue is "jutsu of alter ego"... It follows an alter ego for a certain period of time.

Descendant of a demon-slaying ninja clan who has been raging war against demons since ancient times. Kaina (腕 meaning "arms" or "skills" in Japanese) was given their name due to his skillful use of arms, the 7 shinobi weapons. Kaina was seriously injured during an incident and suffers from amnesia.
A kunoichi from the same village as Kaina, their childhood friend.
Tsumuji stays one step ahead with her mission to sneak into the "Oboro Clan" 's hideout and steal their secrets.
A demon sealed shinobi and Kaina's senior. For two years, their whereabouts have been unknown up until the "Oboro Clan" 's secret operations in the dark have been brought to light.

This is a really cool main visual, isn't it?! Can you share with us what the point you are trying to express with this main visual was?

I like American comic books, and I wanted a visual created that perfectly contrasts that with the in-game advertising. So I requested that the illustrator creates an image that resembles the tone and composition in a cover of American comics. I'm not sure, but I think it has very symbolic good vibes. Picture-wise, there was some difficulty figuring out how to display the 7 shinobi weapons that the protagonist equips...Just in case, the design is set up to have the complete set of weapons perfectly concealed. Also, I like 90s-era video games, so I think other people will understand that and grin when they install it to play. In this situation, there is a battle scene with the stage 1 boss 「Ghost of a Dead Warrior」. It's an arcade-like idea that I had to create the stage 1 boss as a giant humanoid enemy. It has an 8bit style, but there will be many more flashy enemies in stage 2, so please look forward to them.

In this issue of 【Shinobi non Grata #3】, we will introduce shinobi weapon (and sub-weapon) that appears in the story, the 「Kusarigama」and「Bombs」!
The kusarigama causes damage from a distance, and it appears to be able to disable enemies' firearms as well！
It appears that bombs can attach to an enemy and, after it's detonated, they will damage other enemies and objects nearby. It's a strategic method to use it.

In this issue of Shinogara #1, we introduce the protagonist, Kaina.
Progtagonist「腕（Kaina）」
Descendant of the Fūma shinobi line.
His peers affectionately call him "Kaina (meaning Arm in Japanese)" from his proficiency using various Shinobi weapons.
Kaina suffers partial memory loss from injuries sustained during a mission, but after gaining intel, the rebel group "Oboro Ittо̄" has built their headquarters in an abandoned shrine. Kaina heads out to stop their scheme of seizing the government.
However, he does not find the leaders of the Oboro there; instead, a menacing samurai wraith awaits.
Kaina uses his cherished sword, Murasame, to cut up enemies!
Kaina uses the Shuriken for wide-range attacks!
Clear out enemies with Kaina's Ninjutsu (sub-weapon)!
In case of emergencies, Kaina can somersault to avoid enemies' attacks!
