It's time to wrap up the Tribes Chronicles finishing strong with the most brutal tribe: the Ferals!
Lore and description
The Ferals are warriors and hunters. Aggressive and strong-tempered, they're also epicurean always in for a good laugh, lively talks, feasting and huge banquets.
They are a very proud, even touchy people. They are bold, strong-willed, stubborn and never give up without a fight.
They rallied together because they could no longer stand the cowardice of the weaker Vazzards, who themselves disapproved of their constant hostility. They settled on large, dry plains that stretch over a wide territory and are bordered by the foggy, muddy Gulp-Gulp swamp, which the Ferals carefully avoid...
Feral leadership is passed down from father to son.
Culture and traditions

Every year, in early spring, the Feral hold the « The Brawl of Thaw », where the thirty best warriors (male and female) compete in pairs under the eyes of their leader, to prove their strength and courage. Meanwhile, the others watch and play the drums. Only the chief has the power to call an end to the fighting. The fifteen winners are showered with glory and become the chief's elite force.
They breed Billgoats and use them as mounts.
Unfamiliar with the patience required to breed insects, the Ferals hunt the Harstag, herbivores, during spring and summer. First, scouts are sent out to find the herds. Then, hunters leave for several weeks at a time. The Ferals eat the meat of the Harstag and also use their skin, bones and tendons to craft tents and tools. They sometimes go hungry at the end of winter if it is prolonged or if the previous hunting season was not good.
The Ferals are globally believers and honor the Spirits, but they don't attach much importance to traditions or sacred places. For them, Spirits are above such things. Nor do they pay much respect to Nature, unlike the Arboreals.
Funeral rites
The Ferals don't pay much respect to their elders, valuing youth, strength and health above all else. The eldest sometimes take the initiative to leave the village and die in seclusion, without burdening the youngest with their care. When food is scarce, they may even be sacrificed by the rest of the tribe. It's not something they like to do, but in any case, Ferals usually prefer a quick death rather than a long agony. It's very hard for them to accept that their own bodies are weakening and that their strength is slipping from them. When someone is injured, it's the same thing: they finish them off quickly.
Ferals who fall dead in battle or while hunting are honored and sometimes the object of songs.
Special traits and characteristics
The Ferals like to fight with their bare paws and claws, but don't disdain a good axe or dagger either.
They use arrows, but more for hunting. Stronger than all the other Vazzards, they are tall and wear horns and even thorns all over their bodies.
Tribal chief: Moal
Moal had a Billgoat named Baar, with the biggest horns of all, whom he raised himself. One day, a hunt went wrong and Moal had to chase a herd of Harstag to a swamp where five Gulp-Gulp were living. Baar and many of the hunters died in the battle, but Moal managed to tame a Gulp-Gulp and named him Boor. He feeds him Harstag entrails.

It’s been a minute since our last tribe story, but we are back with one of our favorite Vazzard tribe : meet the Noseys!
Lore and description
The Noseys have established themselves in a sunny canyon in the center of the Wilderness, where everyone lives in their own little crevice.
They are mostly introverts, and don't take much interest in community living. They are proud, with moderate respect for other Noseys and a proper disdain for the rest of the Vazzards. They are rational, thirsty for knowledge and constantly feel the need to understand the world around them. They live longer than other tribes, thanks to their medical knowledge and advanced farming techniques.
Internal organization
The Noseys choose a Decisionner to govern them. The position is generally considered a chore, since the Decisionner must sacrifice their spare time to answer the grievances of others. Still, they are the only ones with the power to compel a Nosey to work with others for the sake of the tribe (e.g. digging a tunnel).
Culture and traditions
 The Noseys are naturally skeptical, and believe only what they can see. They still pray to the Spirits on specific occasions, but more as a matter of tradition than of conviction. They figure that if the Spirits exist, it's best not to offend them, and if they don't, they don't really miss much. On the other hand, they don't worship the Oracle and consider his legend a myth. They consider the Arboreal to be quirky and mystical weirdos.
Special traits

They are a little hunchbacked from spending all day bent over their experiments.
Their tail is curved like a question mark.
They live so old that towards the end of their lives, their scales become discolored.
Tribal chief: Akuta
Akuta is the only Vazzard to have managed to tame a giant raven, which allows him to fly on its back. Akuta can communicate with the ancestral spirit of Koeit, but hardly anyone knows about it. He is also the one who has enabled the Noseys to learn to read and write again.
Akuta discovered the existence of the Flying Cities of the Hostiles, but suffered a terrible accident while trying to approach them. Although crippled, he has lost none of his quick-wittedness and, little by little, has managed to build himself a kind of harness that enables him to fly again.

New Features: We've made some cool tweaks to the game mechanics: 👻 No more restrictions! Equipping a Spirit won't hold you back from taking risky choices anymore, and lacking one won't block rerolls during level-up. Bug Fixes:

The description for Croakook's Dark Protection effect now shows up correctly
The Sticky effect from Gulp-Gulp King is no longer mistaken as a positive effect
Claymort's HP amount is now accurate when it shows up before its battle

In the upcoming series of announcements here we are going over the different tribes of our game, so stay tuned.
We want to start with one of the most interesting and exciting tribes: The Wanderers..
The Wanderers, the empathic tribe
The Wanderers, the empathic tribe, are a nomadic people divided into several caravans that travel across the Wilderness. Their entire life revolves around traveling, and they find it difficult to stay put, even when their survival is at stake. For them, dying means "leaving the road" or "not finding the way back". As peddlers and messengers, they regularly trade with other tribes and villages, who usually warmly welcome their arrival. Their gentle, selfless, and peaceful nature makes them the trusted friends of most Vazzards, a role they take very much to heart, for without them, the various Vazzard communities would be completely isolated from one another.
One of the special things about the Wanderers is avoiding conflict as much as possible; they can detach their tails in the event of danger to distract enemies and help them flee. As with our lizards, this can only happen once in a lifetime, as once the tail grows back it's permanent. Nevertheless, the latest seasons are putting their way of life to the test, not to mention the advance of the Aether, which has already claimed the lives of several caravans.
Now let's dive into the culture and traditions of the Wanderers.
A caravan's cycle of travel is called Wandering, during which it will cross all territories of the Wilderness. Although Wanderers are free spirits who let themselves be carried along by the thrill of the road, the caravan's itinerary is, in fact, carefully and rigorously planned, for the Wilderness is not merciful to the unwary. The Wanderers are also excellent cartographers and know the Wilderness better than anyone else (of the Vazzard type, at least). They are also skilled dancers and musicians, and their soothing songs are famous among other tribes. Music is an essential part of all their traditions, from prayers to celebrations of all kinds. Each caravan elects its own chief, and all the chiefs together elect a caravan leader, someone they deem capable of always looking after the Wanderer's best interests.

Tribal chief: Lua'Nu. Gentle and venerable, Lua of the 'Nu caravan was chosen several years ago by her peers as caravan leader. It's a responsibility she handles to the best of her ability, but all of her great wisdom doesn't prevent her from being troubled with doubts and worries. Each passing season brings its own new set of problems, and each time Lua'Nu disconnects herself ever more from the daily life of the caravan, alienated with anxieties she can't share with her own kind.
Each caravan also has its cartographer, who helps the chief decide and adjust the itinerary of their convoy and updates their maps at every wander. Without them, the tribes and villages would know very little about the Wilderness, which is one of the reasons why cartographers are so highly respected among the Noseys. Last but not least, the survival of the caravans would not be possible without their "pathfinders", who are both warriors and scouts. Their incessant travels and experience make them among the best scouts of any tribe, but the responsibility that comes with this role requires the utmost rigor. The slightest error or distraction from a pathfinder could cost the life of an entire caravan.
Funeral rites: Just as they do in the villages, the Wanderers bury their dead with a fruit tree seed, so that they can first return to the earth, then ascend as Spirits and watch over their own. As their nomadic lifestyle doesn't allow for cemeteries, they usually bury their dead on the side of the road, so that each time they roam, they can be reunited with their Ancestors and thank them for their compassion. However, the vicissitudes of traveling mean that they are not always certain to be able to bury their deceased according to tradition, so those who stray from the road are always entrusted with a seed to keep in the corner of their mouth. That way, even when they're away from their loved ones, they can return to the earth as they should. These rites are therefore omnipresent in their lives, as they are not only linked to their past but are a long-term part of the Wanderers' future.

So many of you have shared your gameplay experience with us, and this has helped us understand what’s working, what needs improvement, and what you’d like to see more of… Thank you all for sharing with us!
We've also worked on a ton of fixes and improvements largely based on your fantastic feedback received on Discord and forums. If you haven't played in a while, please pick it up again and try things and let us know what you think. As always with indie titles, we're eternally grateful for your support in caring and sharing AETHERIS to your friends. If you haven't given us a review yet, we would love for you to do so as we read all of them!
And without any further ado, lets jump in.
Patch Notes.

Fixed many English descriptions containing PRE instead of ACC.
Fixed Get-out which could activate on dodges made by other characters.
Fixed a bug that could bring the player back to the main menu and lock him there if he lost his connection while playing solo.
Corrected the Croakook’s Dark Protection Description.
Fixed tooltips on arrows in NPC character sheets.
Added several mechanics for resynchronizing character positions and hit point bars in combat.
Cases where a player gets stuck on a victory screen while others are still in combat, forcing players to restart the fight from the beginning, should no longer occur.
Buff zone 07
Claymort :

gains 1 base MP
Excavator:

Gains 40 base HP
Gains 1 basic MP
Drilling reduces AP cost from 7 to 3 (can therefore be used twice per turn)
Preventive electrical shock reduced from 5 AP to 4 AP and from 3 to 4 cooldown (can now be used in combination with Drilling)
Electrifying pliers goes from 6 AP to 4 AP and have a cooldown that goes from 2 to 2 (can now be used in combination with Drilling)
Mercenary:

Long shot reduced from 4 to 3 AP
Long shot base damage reduced from 19-25 to 10-20
You Shall Not Pass drops from 5 AP to 3 AP
Basic 7 AP reduced to 6
Guard :

Parry goes from 4 AP to 3 AP and from a 4-turn cooldown to three turns
Gains 2 DEF and 2 DEM

Destructive Orb increases AP cost from 2 to 3 and costs 1 additional MP
