I've been trying not to worry too much about keeping the demo in good shape as since we've started started production of content and focusing on the final game. But since there's been a large number of people playing and even "Let's Playing" the demo, I've decided it was time to make some Quality of Life updates to it.
Most notably, these are some of the changes...
- Ability to skip cutscenes through the Esc Menu
- Updated Quest Log interfaces in Journal
- Better Game Feel when aiming and more feedback on hit
- Improved spell casting controls
- Simplified tutorial segment slightly
- Fixed save game errors
- Fixed "PC Destroyed" error that occurred when you fell into a pit after dying
- Optimization to intensive maps like Noxrose South
- General Optimizations to performance
This is so players trying the demo from now until release will have a better experience, hope you enjoy it!
