Final Level Of My Lil Horror
Sooooooooooooooo..... uhg where to start... I added Linux and Mac support clearly, after saying I was taking it away. I had some issues but its here now. Unfortunately making games isn't enough for full time (or even part time) income yet. But I'm not giving up. Good things take

I added Linux and Mac support clearly, after saying I was taking it away. I had some issues but its here now. Unfortunately making games isn't enough for full time (or even part time) income yet. But I'm not giving up. Good things take time, and I'm still new.With that being said this is the "last" level for many reasons:
1. My Lil Horror is a graphically beautiful game, it throws together tons of assets to accomplish this look. However, even with a fairly fast computer, this amount of data can be hard for it to handle at times.
2. 3d Games take a long time. Pretty much every aspect of making a game is made harder and takes significantly longer than 2d
3. My Lil Horror is a "asset flip" i use assets to help me get my games made, its also how I learn. But My Lil Horror uses a very advanced asset that took time to learn, and can be hard to modify.
4. 2d coding is simpler, learning code is probably the most important part of game development, and using 2d just makes learning a lot easier.
5. Other games, one game simply does not make enough money on its own. It becomes a passion project were you end up working for pennies on the dollar if I don't move on to new and better ideas.Thanks for being here for the ride, its been fun.

Hello everyone! First of all, thanks for the overwhelming support on My Lil Horror! It has given me the opportunity to keep developing and uploading more games to steam! If things keep going well with future launches, it's not impossible that I could make this my full time job. W

First of all, thanks for the overwhelming support on My Lil Horror! It has given me the opportunity to keep developing and uploading more games to steam! If things keep going well with future launches, it's not impossible that I could make this my full time job.
With that being said....
The roadmap I had planned has changed a bit for My Lil Horror. These changes are all to maximize my time, money, and your enjoyment.- The original plan for levels was 5-10 chapters. That has been reduced to 5-6 chapters.
- Linux support was removed (to save time) but WILL BE ADDED when the final chapters have been added.
- This should make the game end around version 1.5 or 1.6 .... With a few possible updates for polishing, final bug fixes ect.
- New weapons will most likely not be added. I'm going to focus on making these last 2-3 chapters as good as they can be. With new challenges that haven't been presented before, Rather than just a kill zombie>find key>end game method.
- In the final polish I will be playing around with better audio sound, expect the audio to sound different when the game is finalized.
- You can expect a finished version around the end of 2020 or early 2021.
Thank you all again for helping on this journey. I have many more game ideas I need to get cracking on. And one new game that will be coming out later this month, or early September.
