- Spend 50G at either end to gain an extra spin.
[New] Weekly Challenge Mode Updates
- The default item "Zombie Blood" has been replaced with the "Zombie State" skill in the "Zombie Mode" challenge.
- Several new Weekly Challenge modifiers have been added.

[Rework] First Aid Kit
- After becoming Poisoned, restore ❤️ each turn for a set number of turns.
[Rework] Recycling Bag
- Collect enough broken objects to spawn Stardust Potions at random locations.
[Buff] Squeaky Hammer
- Increased activation chance.
[Adjustment] Bomb Detonator
- The Bomb Detonator now also activates when the player collides with a bomb.

Bug Fixes & Other Improvements
Fixed the flashing problem of purple colored effect while poisoned.
Fixed an issue where the player's 🔷/❤️ colors were not updated correctly depending on certain items or monsters.
Fixed missing localization for several item descriptions.
Fixed a bug where critical hits could not be dealt to monsters with poison attacks.
Fixed a bug where purchasing a skill from the Skill Master did not consume Gold.

You might have seen the Kraken in our trailer but never encountered it in-game. Early in Early Access, we noticed many players struggled to understand its mechanics, so we temporarily removed it. After extensive reworking, the Kraken is back with much more intuitive mechanics!
The Kraken delivers powerful attacks at both edges. Cutting off its tentacles will cause ink to burst and obscure your slots. Rotate the slots rapidly to clear the ink!
New Items
[Weapon] Whip: Attacks multiple monsters ahead when a CRIT is triggered.
[Weapon] Hidden Dagger: When a CRIT is triggered, movement stops, and you gain a chance to rotate slots before moving again.
[Weapon] Sword of Greed: Cannot CRIT, but yields more Gold from monsters.
Assassin's Coin: Assassin's Coins appear instead of Silver Coins. These coins increase your CRIT rate.
Upgrade Hammer: Has a chance to fortify your Shield. If fortification fails, the Shield will break.
Welding Mask: Increases Max Armor. Cannot CRIT if you have any Armor.
New Skills
Bloody Coin: Bloody Coins (1 physical damage) appear instead of Gold/Silver Coins. Gain 1G for every move.
Other Fixes
Fixed a bug where the CRIT rate for [Weapon] Sword of Growth was displayed incorrectly.
Updated ink effects for Kraken and Squids: Ink now obscures a larger area of the slots.
Miscellaneous level difficulty balancing and UI improvements.

Item Additions & Changes
[Added] Shadow Shield – Increases max Armor based on the number of cursed items equipped.
[Updated] Poison Knife – On a successful critical hit, applies poison to a slot. Monsters in poisoned slots take damage whenever the character moves.
[Updated] Toy Hammer – Spinning a monster slot locks that slot. Hitting a locked monster slot may reduce the monster’s attack damage, depending on chance.

You can now view unlock conditions in the character selection screen.
In the Village – Library, you can find more detailed information about each monster.

It's summer! And what better way to enjoy the heat than relaxing with a cool drink and a good game? Some players who tried RP7 at game shows said it’s the perfect game to chill out with a cold beer by their side. We hope you’re all having a refreshing summer!
Introducing a New Playable Character – Ranger!
The Ranger can’t attack enemies up close, but instead attacks monsters two spaces ahead. She can only attack if she has arrows, so you’ll need to spin the slots and collect arrows as you go. Arrows are also required to fight bosses, so don’t forget to stock up as you explore!
If the Ranger engages a monster in close combat, she takes damage without attacking.
The Ranger is unlocked by defeating the Demon Lord with the Ninja character.
Monster Updates
Watch out for the tentacles during underwater exploration. They will attack you, but they also hold you in place for one turn, which might actually be useful in some situations.
We’ve added a few more monster combinations to create more varied encounters.
Item Updates
Ranger-exclusive Quiver – Arrows now appear in groups of two in slots.
The upgrade tree for the Pedometer item has been adjusted.
The Lockpicks item is now upgradeable.
The Roller Skates item is now upgradeable.
Skill Updates
New Ranger-exclusive skills have been added.
Auto Recovery – now does not activate during monster battles.
Bug Fixes & UI Improvements
Fixed a bug where potions wouldn’t appear while the Poison Knife was equipped.
Fixed a bug where the Blazing Boots caused the flame effect to appear abnormally large in certain situations. (Thanks Yew for the Discord report. :D)
Fixed a bug where the Juggling Balls item could spin locked slots without being upgraded. (Thanks Yew for the Discord report. :D)
Added explanatory text for high-tier item chests.
Added signs that give hints about boss fight mechanics. You no longer have to fear the unknown when facing a boss for the first time!
Next Update
We’re working on several new NPCs, items, and bosses.

Money Bag Adjusted: When obtained from a chest, it now grants gold equal to the chest's opening cost.
Zombie’s Blood Adjusted: The item now disappears after activation.
Wooden Sword Adjusted: Added an upgrade tree.
Atropine Fixed: Fixed a bug where the item sometimes failed to activate.
Blood Sword Adjusted: Now restores hearts 100% of the time when landing a critical hit.

While the gameplay that challenges both physical and brainy skill is fun, we’ve noticed many players find it a bit tiring. Originally, we were planning to add the new ‘Bull Knight’ character to allow for a more relaxed playstyle. However, we decided it would be better to make this change a fundamental feature of the player character's behavior.
Now, when the character reaches the slot at either end and changes direction, they will stop moving. After this, you’ll have the opportunity to spin any three slots of your choice, and once that’s done, the character will start moving again.
This new feature allows players to take a breather, making it easier to assess the current game situation and plan more strategically. We hope this update makes the game easier and even more enjoyable.

Release Q&A

How many languages will the game support? RP7 currently supports English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Soon, we will add French, German, Spanish, and Russian.
Which controllers does the game support? RP7 currently supports Xbox controllers.
What's included in the soundtrack? Upon release, the soundtrack will feature four tracks for the Cave, Grassland, Desert, and Underwater levels. Additionally, we’re working on remixes for these tracks, which will be released soon, along with two remixes of a brand-new boss battle theme. In total, the soundtrack will have 10 tracks.
Will more game modes be added? We will consider adding endless mode and daily challenge mode based on the game's development progress.
