Neon paint
The year is 2130, and a new technological breakthrough has made its way into your gifted hands. Neon paint is now available from every paint dispenser and is ready to be used within and beyond reason.
Customizable Gallery lights
Is the mood of your gallery not right? Do you think a dimmer light would better suit your tastefully neon-enhanced paintings?
Say no more: the spot lights of your gallery upper floor can now be tweaked to your liking, at any moment.
Stencils extension
This update sees the retirement of the various stencil packs that you could buy from the shop. Instead, the holostencil has been reworked and is now the king of all stencils, with:
A ton of new stencils, including letters and numbers
A bigger size range
A slightly transparent material for easier positioning
A cheaper price
Canvas colors
When requesting a new canvas, you can now choose the color you want to receive it in.
Not only a potential gain of time, this feature should also allow you to paint over the background color of your choice and then reveal it using various erasing tools, as opposed to the default white canvas. This should bring a new side use to erasing tools.
Tools labels
As an effort to improve tips and communication between players, every tool now displays their official in-game name under their inventory icon, when selected.
Fixes
Fixed a rare white flash flickering from some meshes
Fixed a painting issue with part of a Hangar wall
Fixed game version display not being properly aligned in the main menu, for some resolutions
Fixed marker color of the adjustable walls and blocks of the gallery’s B wing. This could happen after using the color wand on some elements of the A wing.

Heya,
Again, long time no see! In case you've been wondering, we are alive and doing just fine - and so is SuchArt (and hopefully you too!). The game has been out for a while now, got a full-fledged bizarre DLC (that's the way they should be, right?), and built up the best and most wholesome player base ever. In other words, SuchArt has reached its ultimate state, where it needs nothing more to be enjoyed for dozens of chill hours.
But what if you actually want more? What if you’re digging SuchArt vibes and sense of creative freedom, but that freedom has started to feel a little tight?
That's where other games with the same philosophy kick in - if you can't do it yourself, support those who can. And our friends from Hive5 Interactive indeed CAN: their free building game Vivaland: Dream House has just launched on Steam, and we’re only sharing this news because we’re sure you’ll love it.
Yeah, you can’t paint there (at least yet), but you can build a house of your dreams, decorate and furnish it - after all, painting has always gone hand in hand with architecture and design. And you know what’s best? You can do all that either alone or together with up to 7 of your friends in a real-time online co-op mode - a feature that some of you craved for, but that never made it to SuchArt (sorry!).
This is a sincere recommendation, so make sure to check out Vivaland: Dream House if it’s right up your alley - it costs nothing, and it’s worth it, really.

Heya,
Long time no see! We haven’t been in touch for a while, but here we are back from nowhere for a fresh update!
The Miserable Artist (free) DLC
Are your clients treating you too well? Do you think you deserve less praise, and a whole lot more pettiness? Then the Miserable Artist Experience DLC is here to fix that for you.
The Miserable Artist DLC offers you to discover a fresh take on the game’s story, and experience the life of a maybe-not-so-genius artist, after all.
Brace yourself for awfully mean, entitled clients and start developing your personal coping strategy already. Will you ignore the pettiness, accept it, slack off and make low effort paintings, stay convinced of your well hidden deep down genius, or paint aggressive paintings in retaliation? Only you will tell.
This totally optional and free DLC should be taken as a humoristic alternative take on the game. Enable the DLC and start a new game to try it out! And if you find out it is not for you (fair enough), then it is always possible to disable it mid playthrough without losing any progress.
The Miserable Artist experience is only available in English.
One of your oldest requests finally made it to the game!
The painting-framing tool is now available in your gallery and waiting for you. Choose any combination of 35 different frames and 29 materials to fit the best frame on each and any of your paintings.
With 5 different categories of frames and 4 categories of materials, we sure hope you’ll find something to your liking!
Did you say Jetpack?
Experience the most stable, noiseless and apartment-friendly jetpack of them all.
The release of the Hangar update got you a spacious hangar and large items to paint, only to expect you to fight artificial gravity with some primitive ladders? No more!
Your new Jetpack station is waiting for you in the Hangar if you got the credits for it. No more excuses, ceiling is the limit!
More commissions variety
A good amount of commissions’ variety has been added to the portrait-less clients. More topics and style requests are waiting to be explored!
That’s it
This and also various bug fixes:
Petbot will now wake up if burned or scared by a explosion
Fixed a situation in which PetBot would sleep with its eyes open
Gallery lighting improvements
Fixed two retractable walls in the gallery that were duplicated
Fixed two retractable wall markers were not visible
Fixed the portable paint machine palette holder going into a wrong angle if turned while the machine was tilted
Fixed a small unpaintable line on the small 1-2 canvas
Better cursor speed and size across different screen resolutions
Fixed "No reviews yet" shop entries not being localized
Fixed bought items would never disappear from the shopping screen when bought in Creative mode
Fixed the last radio page creadits was not shown
Fixed duct tape would not get destroyed along paintings in incinerator, etc
Fixed a rare bug that could break multiple things in the game
And that should be it for now. We hope you enjoy everything we’ve prepared for you today and, of course, wish you a lovely painting day!

Hi there,
Hope you’re all well!
The annual Steam Awards Nomination has kicked off, and, once again, we’re asking you to vote for SuchArt in the Sit Back and Relax category, because it’s obviously the most fitting title for it (prove me wrong).
Jokes aside though - together with Creative Space, SuchArt has been out for a while now, and we all know how almost therapeutically meditative it is. You just launch it, greet your lovely PetBot, pick your favourite tool and plunge into the endless artistic journey with nothing superfluous in it - only your creativity and a canvas. Relaxing is what SuchArt is all about, and what we love it for.
But remember: no pressure! May your choice be honest and well-considered.
Keep making great art, enjoy the Steam Autumn Sale, and have a lovely day! <3

Heya,
The day has come: SuchArt is now fully and officially out. Thank you so much for supporting us all the way through the Early Access – the game wouldn’t reach its current state without your feedback, as well as there would be no community without you actively participating in the life of the SuchArt discord server and painting your masterpieces. So yeah, your contribution cannot be overestimated, and we truly appreciate it.
Since today is a big day indeed, you can grab SuchArt with a 20% launch discount. Moreover, you can get an additional 15% off if you purchase it as a part of our bundle with House Flipper – quite a bargain, isn’t it?
Don’t forget that we’re also running a contest in which you can win SuchArt Steam key and help us spread the word about the game at the same time – make sure to check it out!
But let’s move to the most interesting part – the new stuff we promised to tell you about (spoiler: no worries, your saves should remain safe and sound!).
Hangar
The hangar is a new spacious area distinct from your studio. A new space with its own game mechanics, items, characters and commissions. It brings larger and more complex items to paint in game, and aims to bring more variety to the mid and late game.
=> It is unlocked shortly after reaching the 4th level of fame. You will get an email from a new character. If you load a save past this level of fame, you should quickly receive the email as well. It is also always available in Creative mode.
Gallery rework
The gallery has been reworked and expanded. It is now much bigger, and has a new area with its distinct atmosphere and display mechanics.
The Virtualizer
The virtualizer is a new tool which you can use to get a copy, in your gallery, of furniture and other decorative items that you possess in your studio. For a small fee.
It is available in the shop, in the “workshop” tab.
The Omni Shield
The Omni Shield is a new tool. Its advanced technology allows you to protect any surface of your choice from being painted. Blow up those spray cans safely!
It is available in the shop, in the “workshop” tab.
Other changes and additions
- The studio has been reworked to offer more space in the main area - The corridor and elevator can now be accessed again after the introduction - Unique items from the Story mode are now also available in the Creative mode, from the shop - Shop: shorter and universal delivery times, replaced delivery timer with a progress bar - Added step ladders in the shop - Added 5 new pieces of furniture in the shop - Lowered the price of many furniture items - Re-organized the shop categories - Updated lacquer sprays and added multiple cap variants (now similar to the regular spray cans) - Faster running speed - Various optimizations - Cleaner canvases models
Fixes
- Tablet support has been improved and should work properly with more devices / setups - Fixed partially broken Journal UI for some screen resolutions - Fixed some game credit entries - Fixed some obscure PetBot issues - Range of minor / other fixes
Saves compatibility
Your old saves should be compatible with the update, with a few quirks: - Some items may be relocated during the update - A few walls and floors in the studio (main room, downstairs) have been remodelled for the studio enlargement. Anything you have painted there (walls, floor, ceiling, window, etc) will likely be altered with the update.
If you come across any issues or bugs, please report them either on our Discord server or in the comment below this post, cheers.
We hope you have a fantastic artistic journey – bon voyage!

Hi there!
Only 1 day left until SuchArt’s full release, and we decided to spice things up a bit with a good old contest – you must have missed those. It’s time to let the world know about SuchArt!
The rules are super straightforward:
Paint a postcard for your favorite influencer in SuchArt (Creative Space works too)
Share it with them on Twitter or any other social network – your own post with a mention would probably be the most convenient way to do it
Drop a link to your work in the comments below this post
We’ll pick 3 winners on Monday, October 17, and grant them with SuchArt Steam keys – enjoy the game yourself or share it with a friend!
Hi everyone! SuchArt has been in Early Access for a year and a few months, and this period has been indeed fruitful: the game has 97% positive reviews, over 200k wishlists, and almost 800k players taking Creative Space into account – a great amount of work has been put into SuchA
Hi everyone!
SuchArt has been in Early Access for a year and a few months, and this period has been indeed fruitful: the game has 97% positive reviews, over 200k wishlists, and almost 800k players taking Creative Space into account – a great amount of work has been put into SuchArt, and we see that you guys appreciate it.
As much as we’d like to keep the intrigue, the title already gave it away – yes, the big moment has arrived, and SuchArt finally leaves Early Access on October 13, 10 AM PT. Moreover, it also gets its biggest update to yet!
The full release update will introduce a whole bunch of new content: reworked studio and gallery, a new Hangar area with its own game mechanics, new tools, items, commissions, and much, much more. We’ll tell you everything about the new stuff upon the release – it’s super exciting, take our word for it.
To celebrate an event of such magnitude, everyone will be able to grab the game with a 20% launch discount. Besides, SuchArt can be purchased as a part of our bundle with House flipper with an additional 15% off.
We hope you’re as excited about the upcoming full release as we are! If you’ve been following and (hopefully) enjoying SuchArt for a while now, you can help us spread the word about the game and share it with your friends or, say, your favourite influencer – this would be the greatest help possible!
Set a reminder for October 13, make sure you’ve got enough space on your computer, and get ready to conquer new artistic horizons – your most fascinating creative journey is yet ahead!
