The Santa Challenge is taking a little stability update with some bug fixing (achievements should work better now and if you are missing some, they should validate automatically on the main menu) and upgrading the project to a more recent version (game was released 3 years ago in 2019!). I hope I didn't break more than I fixed.
All three platforms receive the same update PC/MAC/LINUX.

Play the lovable scoundrel who just wants to enjoy his short time in this dimension!
REMINDER: This story is not connected to Wizard's Choice, you don't need to have played or finish Wizard to play this new adventure! It's the same world but a different location and story. Some elements may remind you WC while playing it but there are just little connections/winks.
What's in the menu: - A longer (and harder) story divided in 22 chapters! - No more magic for you this time but you have different skills! - A brand new intro :) - New backgrounds, new FX, new songs, colors and everything. We improved Wizard UI a lot and those improvements will also come to WC in the upcoming day (after a big round of tests and adaptations). - New menu to see the other gamebooks available in the series! - We did a lot of changes according to the feedback we received in WC Steam reviews like

Since the release of the The Santa Challenge, our first Steam game, in 2019, we collected a lot of feedback about the game and wanted to address the most important ones for 2020!
Here are the changes: - Picture #3 has been changed for a new one (too dark) - We changed the timer last update to make it count up instead of count down so players not interested to do medals and best chrono can play at the speed they want. Those players can now also hide the chrono and medals info with a checkbox displayed at the bottom left corner. - Added 3 new musics to the pool. - Fullscreen/Windowed is now more adaptable - Mute button now stop only the music not the SFX, SFX can still be turn down or off in the Settings in main menu. - Christmas count down will start December 1st until December 24th. - Text sizes have been adjusted on main menu. - Rollover in the level selection now work as intended. No more bugs.. I hope.. (-MJA promo has been removed on my main menu)
Personal note: Since the release of The Santa Challenge, we released 9 games in 2020!!! We really want to thank you for all for your support especially the testers on Discord, people spreading the words on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/Reddit every update or release or just players buying our games! The Santa Challenge has been released one week ago with the objective to offer a nice and cool gameplay for people interested to enjoy a nice moment or looking for a good challenge. We received a lot of feedback after the release on Discord and Twitter on many elements (UI, challenge, medals, timer, size of puzzles, menus...). We ordered each elements and integrated them in the roadmap, then we focused on critical improvements you requested the most.
Update 1.1:
MAJOR CHANGES
Timer : We removed the timer in puzzle to change it for a chrono. You are not limited in time anymore to complete a puzzle but if you complete a puzzle fast, you can still win medals.
Puzzle options: You can now hide the grid and/or hide the black&white image. This preferences are saved automatically and kept between puzzles.
Medals : We add a little extra time to each medals.
Medals UI : We also add a "help text" in the level selector and in the puzzle screen to remember you the different time to earn medals.
Twitch : We removed the Twitch feature for now. It seems to complicate for us to maintain the feature while improving the game; it may come back in the future.ːsteamsadː
Puzzle interface : We reworked the puzzle interface to make the puzzle bigger and working better in small resolution, especially 4/3: 800*600 - 1024*768
MINOR CHANGES
Puzzle buttons (next, previous, mute, leave, restart): Updated with icons and smaller to reduce the focus.
Scrolling: You can now scroll using your mouse wheel in Puzzle Selection and Gallery !
Puzzle selector: Reworked - 2 rows !
Credits: Reworked - Added supporters !
Main menu: Changed some social media icons.
Helps in Puzzle Selector: added two helps, one for medal, one for hints.
Chrono at end: The time you did during the puzzle is displayed at the end.
Gallery images: Pictures are now unlocked no matter the medal you won. If you completed it, it's unlocked.
Delete save: You can now delete your save in Options.
Puzzle 17 (stars on black background) changed to a new one.
BUG FIXES
Puzzle remaining at end: added a security so it should not happen.
Pieces over pieces: When you drag a puzzle piece, it will always come in front of the others, but will go behind when you release. Another fix will come later to improve this system.
Grid over piece puzzles: Grid will always be behind pieces.
Windowed mode: works as intend, you can resize the window if necessary.
Click area: Click area in Puzzle Selector and Gallery is now the size of the image.
Chrono 4:60 : Chrono now displays 5:00 instead of 4:60.
Options button bugged: solved
Social network buttons were pixelized : solved
KNOWN BUGS
Selected pieces may pass behind the puzzle already place on the puzzle. Fix 1/2.
Puzzles may not resize or disapear if you are in windowed and change resolution during game.
Old save remains after the upload so you may have pieces not well placed in the puzzle (because position of each pieces is saved). Please restart puzzle to fix the issue.
