How has the game changed over the last year? Comparing the version of the game 0.9.2 from April 2020 with current version 1.0, we will notice many changes in the interface but also in the game mechanics.
Major changes:
- Production control change, now production will stop automatically after reaching full warehouse. I know that it is not much from the technical side, but I think it will introduce more gameplay and make the gameplay easier.
- Improved and changed way of creating a new recipe. The quality of the ingredients and the production methods also have a greater influence on the final evaluation of the product.
- Store ranges have been added. The size of the reach will depend on the potential of a given store and the level of marketing in a given city.
- The functions and the way of presenting data in the field of company finances, production management and marketing have been completely improved and changed.
- The side panel with basic information has been almost completely redesigned and improved.
- All known bugs have been eliminated, and certainly all those reported to me by players.
- Redesigning the levels of office development, thanks to which the player, together with new offices, increases his expansion possibilities.
In the article below, I present how the latest version of the game differs from one of the older versions
The first changes that can be seen are the change of the interface. The lower bar with buttons and shortcuts has been moved to the left side of the screen. Additionally, it was enriched with information on current finances.
Big changes also apply to the maps of cities. Now the cities are richer, all function buildings have got their icons to make everything more visible. The stores now display their income on the city map. And what, in my opinion, the most interesting is the implementation of the store’s sales range. Thanks to this, now the range of a given store is better visualized.
I also finished work on AI. From now on, the competition is buying stores, which will reduce the number of stores available to the player. But there is also the possibility of taking over the competitor's stores, but at a higher price.
The system of creating a new product has also changed. From now on, the names can be generated randomly, and you can freely shape the product quality, use sliders and decide whether it is higher quality or lower costs and shorter production time.
The panels: Company, Production, Shops, Marketing, Contracts have also changed significantly. The panels have been completely changed, all data and indicators have been rearranged and moved to separate tabs. In the Company Panel, I collected all the data about the company, such as production, sales, loans, marketing, etc.

The mechanics of production have also changed, now each product has a separate production process time, the better we want the product, the longer it will be produced.
In other panels, such as stores / sales, marketing or contracts, all data has been arranged and moved to separate tabs.

I would like to come back to the negative opinions on the day of the game’s release in Early Access. I think most of these opinions were caused by technical issues with the game, such as a bug in the resolution adjustment which caused a lot of gameplay issues. I fixed the problem quite quickly and I keep developing the game. Although the interest in the game is much less than at the very beginning. Still, I plan to finish the title and release it this summer.
