Earlier this year, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to expand on The Signifier and bring you our ultimate vision for what the game could become. Knowing what a joy it is to expand on a story you're passionate about, we're excited to see fellow Raw Fury developer Clifftop Games revist their award-winning point-and-click detective adventure Kathy Rain, with a new Director's Cut that just released yesterday!
A bit about the game from the Kathy Rain: Director's Cut store page:
Kathy is a strong-willed journalism major who must come to terms with her troubled past as she investigates the mysterious death of her recently departed grandfather.
Armed with her motorcycle, a pack of cigs, and a notepad, Kathy delves into a local mystery surrounding her hometown that will take her on a harrowing journey of emotional and personal turmoil.
As she follows a trail of clues left by her grandfather, questions emerge: What was Joseph Rain really looking for that night all those years ago? What turned him into a mere shell of a man, confined to a wheelchair? What secret did a suicidal young artist take with her to the grave, and why are so many people in Conwell Springs going mad? The truth is dark, sinister, and yours to uncover…
In this investigative thriller, you will do things like:

Collect clues and make deductions
Analyze evidence
Interrogate suspects
Solve cryptic puzzles

Hello! A new patch is live, fixing the issues that were happening in only a few setups, plus some optimizations. Big thanks to all the feedback and to the people that shared their logs and time to test with us :). Hope you enjoy the journey!
Patch notes:

Fixed controller issues in some setups. Important: If you use Steam Input for PS4 or XBOX controllers in global steam settings (off by default), you need to turn it off for The Signifier in the game's properties ( "Steam Input Per-Game Setting").
Fixed possible crash when changing location the game in a few setups.
Fixed rare bug that would prevent some users to Load a savegame.
Fixed a bug that would keep Raw Data available even after it was solved in a few setups.
Fixed some saves that would save at the beggining of a location but would make you appear at the end of the last one, confusing the player.
Fixed an issue that would prevent getting the achievement "A different person".
Fixed an issue that would make the game load forever when entering the machine for the first time in some setups (codec issue).
Fixed an issue that would prevent players from changing states with Q.
Hitbox for videologs in warehouse bigger for visibility.
Fixed a rare bug in which the player was not able to retain control after talking with Stan.
Fixed an issue that would make the text "new" to never go away in the event 2 of the club, confusing the player.
Other minor optimizations and typo fixes.
