We aware of an issue in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, Chapter 4 - Shinjuku Dungeon, where the game may unexpectedly close after the first event with Akemi Suedou in the Shinjuku Dungeon.
After the event, performing actions that trigger a loading sequence, such as moving between floors via stairs or initiating a battle, may cause the screen to go black and the game to close.
If you encounter this issue, please follow the steps below:
Workaround
Open the NVIDIA Control Panel
Select Manage 3D Settings
Set Threaded Optimization to Off
After changing this setting, please restart the game and try again.
Note: This issue has been confirmed on systems using NVIDIA GPUs. We have not observed this issue on systems using AMD GPUs.
