Hi everyone, i've decided to create a youtube channel and discord server to share updates about my new game. For now, it's just a youtube channel and discord server, but i plan to increase the variety in the future.
I'm very pleased with the progress of my new game, i hope i can finish the project, and i hope you enjoy it. I'm focusing heavily on the aspects that were lacking in the Alpha & Beta; fast-paced gameplay, an agile character, and the feel and atmosphere of the gameplay. To elaborate, i think every move you make in the game, every obstacle you narrowly avoid, should give you that satisfaction, and you should feel like you're doing it with skill. I'm also trying to recreate an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in an unsettling environment.
In Alpha & Beta, the character was a bit clunky and could get a little boring after a while. I tried to blend action and puzzles, and even though it was a bit cliché, i tried to create a comic book-style storytelling, but honestly, i wasn't very successful at that. Instead of having a little bit of everything, i focused on one thing, and this time i hope to cater to the needs of those who want pure action. I didn't even include a story to avoid disrupting the action. Here's a short video about my new game:
