Hello all! Welcome to the Steam Summer Sale 2019! We are excited to announce we have added "Speedrun Mode" to the game. TwinCop is an extremely unique game to speed run, and we hope this mode will make those runs more interesting and enjoyable to do with a locked seed. This means those pesky card swiping mini games and button hacking mini games won't rely on RNG per run. If you do a speed run of the game please let us know on Twitter (@finitereflect) and share here on the Steam forums! We have also added the OST as a DLC to the game, and will be hosting the music on Spotify soon.

Speedrun Mode: adds a timer to the screen! Displays your final time at credits scene.
LOCKED SEED in speedrun mode. Ensures randomized elements are less random.
Loading time discounted in speedrun mode. This ensures that loading lag is not accounted for in your speedrun time, making them more fair across the board.
Improved performance of audio system
Cleaned up codebase
Updated text rendering system
Improved performance of pause screen
Updated error messaging for leaderboards
Fixed some issues impacting deleting save slots
Fixed bug affecting settings menu in arcade mode

Hello all! We've been busy at work making our console ports and collecting feedback from players. We've watched a number of let's plays and streams of the game (thank you to everyone who's playing it and streaming, ya'll rock!) and we are seeing some places where the difficulty is not what we intended. This update is intended to address that, as well as fix some Steam-specific issues impacting being able to accomplish some achievements. Patch notes are below!
Version 1.1.0 (0)

Improved the balance of the first factory escape level
Improved the balance of the final boss final phase
Improved balance of the first boss second phase
Fixed waypoints in second driving minigame
Destroyed poptop machines have "out of order" signs on them, to help players accomplish the achievement
Fixed a few steam achievements not triggering correctly sometimes
We hope those of you are enjoying the game are able to enjoy it some more, and for those of you who are playing through the campaign for the first time, we hope these updates make it a great playthrough. Before I get to talking about the update, I just wanted to remind ya'll to leave reviews if you're enjoying the game! If you're not, or are running into trouble, please post in the community forums so we can help.
Hotfix 1.0.1
The first update (of many to come) is here! We've addressed some feedback, fixed some bugs, and improved the balance in some places. The biggest change is an update to the settings menu. We've added the ability to invert your controls, in case your controller isn't defaulting to the correct settings or if you just prefer to play with inverted controls. See the screenshot below. Updated Settings
Fixes and Features

Added controller inversion options in settings menu
Redesigned the gameplay section of settings to account for the added options above
Removed "rumble" options, since rumble is not working right now. Will investigate fixing rumble for a future update.
Fixed a bug preventing forklift tutorial from appearing sometimes
Fixed a bug causing soft-locks in the main menu
Improved how settings are loaded in game scenes
Fixed lasers not damaging forklift
Improved balance for first factory escape sequence (easier)
If you run into any issues, please post in the Community forums! We are currently working on console ports, in addition to trying to get some rest and recovery after an exhausting launch... however we take community very seriously and will respond as soon as we can.
