Hotfix for a MAJOR BUG in the DLC expansion causing storyprogress to go bananas. This has now been fixed. You current savefiles will be auto repaired when loaded. If you have reached DLC content it will be reset back to before the new content begins to fix the savefile. Here are

"The Divine Emperor" Update (v2.014) is going to be HUGE not only in terms of content, but also the overall mechanics. It is a loveletter to the "Vanilla version" of Gladiator School. Many improvements to all major game systems, UI/UX, animations, textures, improved saving systems and hundreds of tweaks and fixes to the training and combat. We also completed the storyline and finally added a real ending to the game!

NEW GLADIATOR CLASSES We have added 4 new classes to explore with their own passive and ultimate abilities. BARBARIAN, BLADEMASTER, CENTURION, WARLORD POTENTIAL All gladiators in the game now has a potential star rating (1-5). Rare gladiators have higher potential. Potential affects how much stats your gladiator can gain from practice and how much experience he can gain from competition before he reaches maximum cap. Potential can change over time. IMPROVED TRAINING Training works like it did in earlier versions but without having to manage your gladiator resting in real time. You can now keep track of their condition from day to day and decide how to plan their training schedule. MEDICUS This update introduces a new injury system. Medicus can now suggest special treatments to increase condition recovery speed for major and heavy injuries. Medicus can now also be upgraded from novice to master. CONDITION Condition is a new value in the game that represents freshness, fitness and general sharpness in combat for a gladiator. The higher this is the better the gladiator will perform and the less likely he will be to get injured during a fight. Condition will recover when the gladiator is sent to the barracks to rest. However, regular training is necessary to keep condition maxed out and fit for combat. MILESTONES All opponents that your gladiator fights have a certain fame rating in the world. Milestone progress now add visible feedback for the most famous victory your gladiator has achieved in his career. It also displays all competition milestones achieved.
OLD VERSION
SAVEFILES COMPATABILITY FROM OLD VERSION Since this is a complete rework of the game savefiles from previous version are not compatible. You must create a new game to play this version. You can still load your older savefiles in the previous version of the game. HOW TO ACCESS THE OLD VERSION OF THE GAME If you want to play the old version of the game from 2017 you can find it in your game folder /Vanilla_GS/gs_old.exe To import previous saved data to old version move the files myprofile.data, mysettings.data and save.data to the folder /Vanilla_GS/

Update 1.21 - New Equipment Available Now!
We heard you! By popular demand we reworked how to buy gear and weapons. No more need to spend skillpoints to change any equipment. It should now also be faster to access talents and jobs. We want to reduce clicks and implement more automation so players can get to the good parts

Added New Equipment system, buy gear and weapons for coins!
Added Blacksmith, Task master and Weapon trainer NPC in school!
Changed and reworked weapon level and gear bonuses.
Changed and reworked talents and skillpoints.
Skillpoints are now only used for combat abilitys.
Blacksmith NPC has been removed from the marketplace.
First gladiator recruit now starts with 5 skillpoints to spend.
Tweaks to overall balance and experience points gained.
