You will be notified via email whether you are accepted into the beta test or not. You will be given access to the game the evening of Friday 4/25/25 to start testing. All communication regarding the closed beta must be kept to a Steam group chat that will be provided if you are accepted into the private beta test. The beta test will last until June 1st.

Note: Some legacy art is still visible in the store page and for some of the character portraits in game. There will be absolutely no AI modified or generated art in the final store page and product. I have hired the talented Persephone Rain @psephrain8 to do all of the character art which should all be completed late June.
Don't expect him to want to talk to you if you're a goody-two-shoes....
One other major late-game improvement is the ability to travel to Canaan and the Abyss even when you're right before the final boss. Now, you don't have to worry about anything being missing or inaccessible with your final boss save file.
Some other fairly major changes have been made with this update and have been listed in detail below.
The Festival of Giving is here! This annual festival has unique games, quests, and prizes every year, and 2019 is no different! Take part in a top down FFTactics-esque strategy snowball fight tournament and get unique, only available during this event prizes! Help Rudolph get his brothers and sisters their lunch for a unique prize. See Nynnyaw all done-up for the season glowing with lights.
The event runs from now (Dec 25, 2019) through January 25th 2020! Get in there and get those unique prizes now before your opportunity is gone!
Update specifics:
The jester in Riddari has three foolish quests for you each with unique prizes that are ONLY available during this festival, this year. So get those prizes now or they'll be unavailable forever!
The festival will last only until April 14th, so get in there and be foolish while you can!
There are three difficulties each with four brand new battles for a total of 12! Each difficulty has a brand new unique prize if you complete it. Also, many of the character combinations have unique dialogues before they enter the arena. Try every combination of characters to read them all.

Hello everyone! Nostalgia Addict Games is in development of a completely new and massive game, but it is still at least a year away. In the meantime, apart from regular updates and seasonal events for Einlanzer, I am planning on doing one or more expansions for Einlanzer called "Einlanzer Stories".
Einlanzer Stories will be only $.99 each and will be much shorter than Einlanzer. They will focus on some of the main characters' back story before the events of the main game. The content will dive more deeply into the character's motivation for joining the Swordbearers and major events that led to them being who they are.
One of the most requested things players ask for in the Einlanzer discussion board is more side quests! Last week was the release of the new alchemy side quest in God's Grove in Canaan, this week you get a brand new ancient sunken fort to explore!
To receive the quest, visit the new Fusilier Historian building in West Fusilier. He will exchange some interesting dialogue with Alice, then tell you where to go from there.

I have another sidequest in the works right now that will take you to an ancient, buried Fusilier fort. Expect it to be done around mid-April. Players said they wanted more side quests! :-)
