Today, it's finally here: The Empusa Update.
The biggest addition from this update is the new area to explore: The Crypt. Countless sarcophagi line the tomb where light does not reach - and now that the Eclipse has fouled the lands with its demonic influence, a powerful, horrific evil has awoken in its depths: The Wraith. This new area - and its ghostly inhabitant - are, in my opinion, the most terrifying parts of Lurk you can encounter now.
The Empusa update adds the following features:
New area to explore: The Mausoleum/Crypt
New unique monster: The Wraith
First person animations for arms and legs
New intro cinematic
Most buildings can be entered and explored now
Steam Deck Verified / Controller improvements
