Hey, survivors! This is the final blog entry about the upcoming season’s new features. In the third part of the blog, we’ll tell you about the legendary rocket launcher with a laser designator, an epic movement part, and more. Let’s dive in!

Legendary rocket launcher with a laser designator
There are more ATGMs now. We know that these rocket launchers are particularly popular, so the Steppenwolfs couldn’t resist creating yet another system like this, and a legendary one at that.
The new weapon comes after the “Flute” on the technology tree and has a laser designator, just like its predecessor, but features two firing modes. You can fire and “guide” the rockets toward the enemy in the familiar way to use it (note that the rocket’s explosion spreads along its flight path and pierces through parts), but if you fire and release the fire button mid-flight, the rockets will break apart into several explosive fragments and deal area-of-effect damage.
The perk of the new weapon rewards hitting the same enemy repeatedly within a certain time frame. If the rocket launcher deals repeated damage to an enemy, the damage will be greater. Just what you need to be happy in the Wasteland.
Epic heavy air cushion
The air cushion proved to be a comfortable and useful means of transportation in the Valley. The Engineers decided to refine its form factor and create a heavier version of the movement part.
An armoured car equipped with the new air cushion will be able to hold its own against multiple enemies on the front lines. For each enemy (up to four) nearby, the cabin’s power increases by a certain percentage.
Structural parts
Brawls in the update and new game modes in PvP missions
Both familiar and new brawls are coming in the next update. A couple of them will require you to tap into all of your senses to win. In the “No signal” mode, for example, all ally and enemy markers are disabled; you’ll have to rely on the camouflage of armoured cars to identify the correct target, or you might hit an ally (and deal damage to them). In the “Blind fire” brawl, all players will be invisible! You’ll have to track down enemies by sound and tyre tracks.
The “Thunderous arena” brawl offers a classic PvP match, but featuring fast, modified armoured cars in the style of the Ravagers. The “No brakes” brawl will also return with improved AI for police, modified blueprints, and new racing routes, as well as a disabled floating camera to prevent motion sickness.
Not long ago, we tested the “Precious driver” and “Dangerous cargo” modes as full-fledged PvP missions. After analysing the results and reviewing your feedback, we’ve decided to add the “Precious driver” mode to classic PvP missions and “Dangerous cargo” to PvP missions featuring armoured aircraft and battle walkers on a permanent basis.
This summer, we also launched the “Storm” random event in the “Control”, “Encounter”, and “Assault” modes. The sudden sandstorm will also return to PvP missions on a permanent basis. However, the storm will now appear much less frequently than before.
The improvement of PvP missions continues. Next up is the “Squad battle” mode, which will temporarily appear in classic missions. Be sure to try it out and then share your thoughts in the in-game survey.
