Hello everybody,
an new update has arrived.
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed an issue when importing a project caused crashing ShaderTool
- OpenGL project specific: Fixed procedural texture node that created wrong noise textures
NEW NODES:
- Added a new matrix node (the Mx icon under Types) with which you can create typical matrices like view, projection, scale and more. Should help when creating effects like Shadow Mapping.

Hello everybody, a new update has arrived. Changes: - Support for "include" within shader files - Camera now moves to specific direction while dragging a connector line - Larger input/output connectors for all nodes - Larger knobs for all sliders - CTRL-Arrow Keys support in code
Hello everybody, a new update has arrived.
Changes:
- Support for "include" within shader files
- Camera now moves to specific direction while dragging a connector line
- Larger input/output connectors for all nodes
- Larger knobs for all sliders
- CTRL-Arrow Keys support in code editor for word to word navigation
- Several smaller bug fixes
Oculus support will be updated as soon as consumer version is available. We will start developing the Mac version February 2016.
Also, we are currently very busy with our other product WorldCreator as we are working on version 2 of it - first release will be for Unity Engine followed by standalone version for Windows, Mac, Linux and IOS - that is also why there was no update for ShaderTool since the last months - sorry for that.
Thanks to everybody supporting us with feedback and of course by buying our products.

IMPORTANT: To run ShaderTool in VR add the -vr parameter when starting ShaderTool (must be applied separately in your Steam client for the ShaderTool application).
In this update we have added / changed the following:
VR MODE SHORTCUTS:
- F9 toggles the node panel on/off
- F8 repositions the node panel depending on current view (look)
If you toggle the panel off, you can use the WASD keys to fly around and the QE keys for rotation and the RF keys for up/down strafe.
HINT: Set the clear colors' alpha to zero to see the 'holodeck' ;). When double clicking the rendertarget the contents of the rendertarget become visible in the 'holodeck' - HAVE FUN!
BUGS FIXED:
- Fixed a few user-reported bugs - much better stability

- RandomGenerator-Node, a simple random generator
NEW FUNCTIONALITY:
- Post-Effects support for Leadwerks engine
- Save contents of rendertarget to file (right click into rendertarget node to open save as file dialog)
- Effect templates for all possible shader combinations, also for Leadwerks engine (you can find them when creating a new effect node)
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed bug that caused crash when resizing application window
- Fixed Leadwerks shader export bugs
- Full support of Post-Effects for Leadwerks engine
- Fixed bug that caused icons and other stuff not to be rendered

We are looking forward to the final release and want to say thank you to everybody who helped us to make ShaderTool possible - BIG THANKS!
Also, pricing will be increased after the final release and everybody who purchased ShaderTool during the Alpha and Beta phase will get a discount for any upcoming major releases!
Our next goal will be to create a lot of content for you, together with a documentation showing all features of ShaderTool.

Hello everybody, we have created some nice effects and samples that you can download for FREE at HERE . Those samples are currently HLSL (DirectX) only but OpenGL ones will follow soon - at all a good starting point. Enjoy them and if you want to share your shaders, just send us
