Magic is fading from the land of Kal Torlin, and a sinister darkness creeps once more across the realm.You take on the role of Raven, the great-great-granddaughter of Lakmir the Timeless, as she embarks on a perilous journey to restore the ancient magic to its rightful place. Today, we are excited to announce that the official sequel to the NES VERSION of Shadowgate is in development! The original design of the never-before seen, pixel-based, point and click adventure is being brought to life for PCs after 30+ years in the vault. Beyond Shadowgate is being developed by the designer of the original hit Shadowgate and the leading 8-bit adventure studio 
The Kickstarter will feature a fully-playable 16 room demo (and hint walkthrough) as well as very cool rewards such as two different types of cartridges (non-playable), 8-bit commemorative boxes, cloth maps, collector's coins and more!
