Hello Syder pilots! Almost exactly 13 years after the release of Syder Arcade, the remastered version of Studio Evil's first title is now available on Steam! This is not just a new edition, it's a brand new game! Compared to the original title, this is what you can find in Syder Reloaded:

New and improved graphics
The classic ships have been rebalanced
We added 4 new playable ships
Improved online leaderboards
Improved storytelling, better dialogues and brand new opening and and ending cinematics
New alternative anime character portraits
New enemies
A new boss fight!
Improved levels, some of hem have been rebuilt from the ground-up!
Redesigned powerup and special weapon systems
New score system with combos, grazing and bullet cancelling!

‘Tis But a Scratch: Introducing grazing! Fly in the face of danger and keep your score multiplier alive by flying close to bullets.
Pick Your Poison: Shoot powerups to cycle your options. Forget otherwise perfect runs being ruined with random weapon drops. Now you make the call.
Make Mine a Multi: Bullet cancelling partially refills the multiplier reset counter. When your special weapon is charged, earn extra score based on your multiplier.

This quick uptate fixes a few bugs and glitches on the Pc version. Mac version coming in a few days. - Pressing ESC during level briefing could cause to abort the campaing mode - Inverted axis on some joypad/controllers. The game should now understand the correct direction - Cont
