Introduction
Currently, when you complete a dungeon in competitive mode, your character is placed in the dungeon's rankings. The character receives the relevant dungeon chests when chests are awarded every month. The number of chests the character receives depends on the Stasis level achieved, and the chests are awarded during the following month.
For example: A character completes the Gobball Dungeon at Stasis 8 in competitive mode and therefore receives 8 Gobball Dungeon Chests at the end of the month.
These chests contain different resources and various equipment items from the monster family. The system is linked to the character. If a player gets 36 characters at Stasis 8 placed in the rankings, they will receive 36 x 8 dungeon chests at the end of the month.
This system is designed to reward competitive play and good gameplay by awarding a large amount of resources and equipment items so that the character can be optimized without resorting to farming.
Current Problems
It's impossible to balance the system based on the player's actual needs. It makes it more advantageous to get as many characters into the ranking as possible because this provides more rewards without increasing the amount of effort needed or time put in.
Therefore, certain players generate too many chest rewards, which devalues the rewards of more reasonable players, who are those the system is actually targeting.
Furthermore, the system causes a spike of item generation at the start of the month, which disrupts the server market and constantly influences it. As they progress, players may also move on to other things before receiving their rewards, which makes the rewards obsolete and more annoying than actually helpful.
New Approach
Chest Limit Per Account/Server
In the new system, only the account's/server's highest ranking counts toward dungeon chests. For players who have a Booster, the account's three highest rankings count. So, a player with a Booster can receive a maximum of 3 x Y chests from a dungeon per month, with Y being the Stasis level achieved with each character.
Chests Received Instantly
Players can receive dungeon chests immediately after completing a dungeon in competitive mode.
In the dungeon interface, the three "slots" that represent the account's three highest rankings in that month are shown. Only one slot is shown for a Free-to-Play player. If a player gets three characters placed in the dungeon rankings at Stasis 5, they can receive 5 chests x 3 at any time during the season. If the player subsequently gets placed in the rankings at Stasis 7, they will receive 2 new chests x 3 as soon as the dungeon ends. The maximum is therefore 10 chests x 3 per account, which is 30 chests per dungeon per month.
Note that :
I's not a requirement to achieve the best score with the same character. Another character on the same account will make up the difference in chests if it achieves a better score.
Additional rankings achieved by a Free-to-Play player who subsequently gets a Booster in the same month do not count retroactively. Characters need to place in the rankings again to receive the additional chests linked to Boosters.
A notification lets the player know that they have received chests at the end of a dungeon.

Objectives
This new approach aims to regulate item generation based on players' actual needs.
It also makes the competitive system more attractive as a way to help the player level up: The ability to instantly receive chests encourages players to attempt a higher Stasis level when they want to level up equipment directly.
This system makes it more enjoyable to discover a level group and dungeon as it grants a large number of rewards quickly.
This change in system won't go live immediately with Update 1.93. To make it fair for all players, it will roll out at midnight on October 1, 2026 (Paris time).
We hope this change will lead to fairer behavior and healthier competition for the entire community!
