Cthulhu's Catharsis is Now 33% Off! And Update 1.1 Is Now Out!
Here's the rundown of what's new in 1.1: Can now play with AI on multiplayer. Can now join and play public multiplayer matches through Steam. A Construction Tab for easy production management. 12 new songs. 4 new Alexus Jonas Journal Entries to unlock. 4 new Cult Events to encoun
Here's the rundown of what's new in 1.1:

Can now play with AI on multiplayer.
Can now join and play public multiplayer matches through Steam.
A Construction Tab for easy production management.
12 new songs.

4 new Cult Events to encounter and deal with.
More in depth Options Menu.
An Autosave has been added.
Sound Effects for each unique unit, and more sounds in general.
Tool-tips cause less clutter.
AI no longer clutter the map with unnecessary Summoned Land.
Can now walk into allies’ territories.
Optimized the game so that late game does not cause dips in frame-rate.
Changed the Demented Hound to cost 8k Cultists from 10k cultists.
Many more Quality of Life tweaks.
Many more Bug Fixes

It's been a few months since release, but I'm happy to say that work is coming along smoothly again. And I've been convinced to start updating with smaller updates but more frequently, so that there's a regular stream of content and not just a big payload at the end of many months of silence. So I will try that! I'll be working on a few more bugs that have caught my eye, more sounds, more animations, more polish, maybe more Cult Events and unlockables, and then I'll probably work on a big AI overhaul to make them truly smart. And, eventually, I hope to be adding more buildings, different ways to win, achievements, different maps (if I can get it working, maybe even a map editor), and a campaign mode. All that can take a while, but I'll be trying. I've also probably forgotten a lot of other cool things I want to work on. So I may be only a part time solo dev, but I hope I can bring you guys plenty of quality content today and all the rest of my days! Come join the Discord! That's where I can check feedback the quickest and work on anything you guys yell at me to do. Really, if you have a neat idea then I'll probably end up implementing it in some way. Otherwise if you have anything you'd like to say, just add me here on Steam or email me at [email protected]. I always eventually check both of those. Hope you guys are having a great Summer Sale!
