Local Co-op support and character changes

Hi guys. We have added local co-op support. You can now play with a friend on your computer, on the same keyboard or with another controller. Controls can be remapped on startup if need be.
Also fixed various bugs, as suggested by stefan.klaus86 which we are very thankful for!
The unlockable characters in game now have special abilities to spice things up a bit:
Ludwig (level 10 unlock) - start with 5 apples each level
Ernesto (level 20 unlock) - double jump
Boris (level 30 unlock) - immune to enemy projectiles and damage on touch.
