The Invasion Zero development team at Plancksoft had a few hard years recently, and had stopped working on the game; which ultimately led to the game servers going down. But, that is all about to change.
We here at Plancksoft are excited to announce that we are resuming the development of Invasion Zero. We are planning to revamp certain gameplay mechanics and artwork. Gradually create new maps. The login server will be down until then.
Moreover, we are working on bringing the game to the latest Unity game engine (LTS, probably. Depends on Unity at the time of update release) release with HDRP support for the Windows x64 IL2CPP build, and URP for the other platforms.
A few things you could look forward to includes seamless Third-Person/First-Person view switching, Vehicular Warfare (Jeep/Tank), Discord Login support for those too lazy to create an account, and PayPal payment gateway integration for the tiny portion of the audience that likes cosmetic microtransactions, and other additions.
This critical update has no estimated time of arrival, and will probably take a long time to publish, as there will be internal cumbersome QA sessions every week.
